Food was what you’d expect. Cashier was patient with a few changes. But the cooks did not get the order right, when you sub for chicken and pay extra for it, you kind of expect it. Quesadilla wasn’t even cut through.

The ladies working at the Taco Bell Truck Stop on I80 had the worst attitudes I’ve encountered in a long time. Service was slow and the food wasn’t great. Wouldn’t recommend. However, the truck stop itself is great but everything is Way overpriced.

This is the only taco bell in the US I will eat at. I use the mobile app in the parking lot, my order is ready when I walk in, and my order is always right. Best of all I’ve never been ill after eating here. *IF* this place sucked, Iowa 80 would have another restaurant in its place in less than 30 days. Thousands of people eat here daily and are too busy to leave a good review – shameful.

Ordered Nachos Bell Grande. Absolutely NO meat what so ever. Got beans and cheese. Also ordered extra nacho cheese on them. which I paid for, and didn’t get. Bunch of kids more worried about gossiping and acting stupid than worrying about their customers.

Stopped in on the way home from an all day volleyball tournament. My daughter was the only one of us who wanted Taco Bell. The rest of us grabbed Pizza Hut. She ordered her usual 4 chicken softshell tacos like should would from our local Taco Bell. An hour into our 2 hour drive home and her stomach started hurting. We no sooner got in the door at home and she was getting sick. She stayed up getting miserably sick all night long. Food poisoning confirmed the next day. The only thing this location did was permanently ruin her love of Taco Bell for good.

Stopped by I80 last night, girl who took my order was extremely rude and messed up my order. When I told her she messed it up, she constantly kept arguing with me and saying I was the one who messed it up and it was my fault. Someone in the back called some kid up to talk to me and he was very nice and gave me a refund and apologized. This place really needs to re think who they let do customer service.
