My husband and I are very unhappy with our order. We work hard for our money and decided to treat ourselves and kids to some pizza and breadsticks and the fact that the quality was below average was disappointing. We ordered pepperoni hot and ready and ordered the meat lovers, not only was the dough on both pizzas undercooked, and flatter than a pancake, they took a regular hot and ready and sprinkled very hard sausage bacon and ham on top of the pizza and called it a day, rather than baking a fresh meat lovers pizza. All the toppings except the pepperoni fell completely off the pizza. Lazy and low quality. The very last time my family will be spending any money here.

Unfriendly no customer service. Walk in and say hi how are you this afternoon to the girl. And no reply no smile nothing. Just bluntly asked what do you want to order. I was made my order and went to pay and wouldn’t accept my 100$ bill for a 35$ order was told I have to get change. Decided to go to a more friendly store at 32st and Thomas and they treated me great!!!

Just had the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. They were out of everything so I stepped it up and ordered the extra most best est pepperoni. Pizza looked and tasted old and stale, almost zero cheese on the pizza. Could have got a frozen totinos at wal mart and ate it raw and threw up and still would have been better than this.

Everytime we order well done even in advanced it comes out under cooked. Id hate to order a normal cook in the pizza…. then it’d be raw ♀️ also they dont really do hot n ready here. Regardless if its 12pm on a tuesday or 6pm on a saturday, youre gonna wait like a half hour if you dont order ahead.

Really never have a bad experience here probably once the pizza was dry but other then that spot on. Had to get something for the kids after school and didn’t wanna go shopping in this traffic so hit that drive in little ceasers no wait at all in and out in 5 minutes tops friendly staff from the kid with hickeys on his neck (get yours bro) haha

5:30 pm on Wednesday I went to get a pizza for dinner. Never again! I go to the drive up window but there was a truck in front. We both were waiting over 5 min. Truck then leaves. I pull up and a couple of minutes later they got to the window to help me. I asked for 1 pepperoni pizza. I was told that it will be 10 minutes before any will be done. Back in the day, they would have lots ready during dinner time. Needless to say, I left without a pizza.
