This Moe’s needs to get their stuff together. Food is good if you order in person, bad if you mobile order. Moe’s Monday is nonexistent anymore, even if you have the app, and they are stingy with almost every topping and chips.

This was such a great experience, much better than my last. The staff last time definitely had a rotten apple in the group. However this time was a complete 180. The energy and the friendliness from the crew was absolutely incredible. I asked for their names to give them their credit. Azul was my chef this time and last each time was a great experience. I also want to thank Gio and Nick for keeping such high spirits and positive energy. I’ll definitely be back I hope I run into all of them again.

June 14th 8:02pm pick up order. I’ve been to Moes plenty of times at different locations. All the Moes I’ve been to are pretty much the same BUT this location lacks. Just lacks. They’re lacking in customer service, food lacks flavor and seasoning. Had to throw away my order just because it tasted like cardboard. Till this day I’m waiting for my chips and salsa that i never received. They better step it up before Chipotle buys them out. *Chipotle is in the next plaza if you’re interested.

I think it’s a store policy that everyone has to be stoned to work at this location. All 3 guys on 3/17/23 had blood shot eyes and were clearly feeling good because they laughed at my wife when she asked a simple question about a kids meal. Three people working and yet I had to walk the kid through making a burrito. Then I had to remind him what we ordered at the register. Your queso is good but that’s all I liked about my visit.

Very unappetizing! Delivery was cold; taco was bits of meat thrown into a shell; salad was layers thrown together. When I showed the “:manager” my receipts, he said, “…it was the morning crew” and “that’s the way we do it.” No concern, very annoyed that I was complaining. (He pretended to be a manager becuase no one was in the store or available.). GO ELSEWHERE.
