Went here on opening night and was blown away. Great vibe inside, the staff is very friendly, the food was just incredible. Lots of options, great flavor and textures. I got Elian’s Special, a massive amount of food for $15. Margaritas were also excellent. I’ve been looking forward to them opening for months, and for being opening night they operated like they’ve been open for months – far exceeded expectations!

What’s not to like? Endless chips… endless salsa… service on point – and a Large Margarita? 10/10 would come again – the chimichangas were perfect golden outside and light soft inside – will be coming back no question…

I lived in the south for years and have had trouble finding a restaurant in this area that compares to what I got in the south. I’m not saying the other restaurants in the area aren’t good, but the food is different than what I would get at my favorite places down south and I missed it. We went as soon as we knew they were open as I’ve been eagerly waiting their grand opening for months. It’s everything I’ve been looking for. We came in during the dinner rush. The salsa was the perfect balance of flavors, the carnitas were perfectly seasoned and tender, and the tortillas were amazing! Yes, it took awhile to get seated and get our food, but our server was visibly working extremely hard and was amazingly courteous and helpful. We set our expectations appropriately given how busy it was and that they just opened. The food and extremely friendly staff were worth the wait. We will be back!

AMAZING. the chips melted in your mouth. the margaritas tasted top notch. all the food we ordered was perfect. definitely our new go to place for mexican food. inviting my family up to try it as well! great addition to sun prairie.

We came for dinner Thursday evening around 6:45. They were busy so the host asked us if we wanted to sit in the bar area. We didn’t mind as the bartender came out and served us. Service was great, it seems like a lot of effort is being put into a hard working team. The three of us shared a pitcher of mango margarita which was delicious and plenty for each to have 1.5 glasses. Menu is large so I recommend looking ahead of time to narrow down some options. Food was hot and fresh tasting. Next time I want to try the sopaipillas for desert!

Only open for a week and everything was perfect! Quick seating, clean, excellent service, no errors in food. It was clear they opened with intentionality and ready! Very smooth and awesome first experience! New favorite place in Sun Prairie!

We’ve tried most of the Mexican restaurants around Madison and we were impressed with the food here, but like most of the other reviews the service was terrible. We waited about 15 minutes before we were greeting by a server and 20 minutes before we got water. The family that came in after us already had margaritas by this time. We tried to be understanding considering it was their first Friday, but it could have been planned better with more servers to help with all the guest they were seating. When the food came out everything was great. We finished up and took our leftovers home. We ate it for breakfast, but we found a screw in our chimichanga…
