We used Babalouie for my husband’s birthday party at our home. It arrived on time, delivered in some very secure and professional travel crates. Everything was made fresh and as ordered. I don’t think there was one person who didn’t ask where I got the food. It was amazing! People were so impressed with the food as were me and my husband. We’ll be calling on them again next time we need catering. I can’t say enough about how perfect everything was. And there was a lot of food, more than I expected. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Great food truck lineup at Wissahickon Brewing Co. I got the Brisket sandwich. I wish I knew which sauces I got on my sandwich. I think the sauce carried the sandwich. You can see in the pictures that the brisket was cooked very well. Wissahickon Brewing Co, a great place to eat and drink!!

We had Babalouie cater my dad’s 60th birthday party recently and my family still talks about it!!! Delivery was on time, set up and HOT. We had more than enough food too, so we were able to send everyone home with leftovers! We ordered 3 types of meat and honestly, I couldn’t pick a favorite. All of them perfect. The Mac and cheese, collard greens, baked beans and cucumber salad are out of this world. You’ll also be tempted to put their BBQ sauce on literally everything! Prices are extremely reasonable and working with them was an absolute pleasure! I highly recommend them for any event you have in the future or to follow their food truck wherever they go. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

We discovered Babalouie BBQ about 6 months ago at Ten 7 Brewery in North Wales. We were there for some amazing beer and with a BBQ food truck outside, we figured it was a bonus. We had no idea how much of a bonus it would be until we chowed down on some of the best brisket and pulled pork we have ever had. And we have had them all. Seasonings and smoke are spot on; the meat is definitely high quality; sides were also great – collards, beans and corn bread that day.

I think Babalouie’s IS more than likely the best BBQ “this side of the Mason Dixon line.” I’ve had enough south of the Mason Dixon Line to make this educated assertion. I started with the ribs and pulled pork for my family, and I can’t wait to go back for the Brisket. The cornbread is incredible. It’s a big slab, not a little “muffin top” sized bite. The ribs are St. Louis and they were rubbed and done with care. Very meaty and not a single bite was dried out or overcooked. They are perfectly seasoned. You get a choice of sweet OR spicy BBQ Sauce. Or you can get both. I prefer the sweet because the spicy was a little vinegar-y for *me* but my son loves it like that. The pulled pork is the best pulled pork I’ve ever enjoyed. It was enjoyed by everyone and I was glad I bought another pound – just in case.

This is some top notch food. I’ve had Babalouie BBQ at a few local breweries and everything I’ve had has been fantastic. The Cabot Mac and cheese, the brisket sandwich, and the jalapeño poppers are out of this world. Don’t let the funny/dirty names fool you, this is good for people who like good barbecue.

We went to Ten-7 Brewery on 6/1, intending to have dinner from Babalouie BBQ. We arrived at 6:30 PM. Most of the food was already sold out. The man running the operation shrugged, claiming it always happens. If this is the case, why not prepare to arrive with more food? We left and went to another local brewery to have dinner. I am forced, by this website to give a star but really don’t think it deserves any.
