Spent 80 dollars part of it was two boxes of soft shell tacos added tomatoes was damn near 10 dollars for tomatoes that weren’t even fresh…. I complained and was informed that’s what happens when minimum wage goes up… He was very rude…. Then I get home all 24 tacos are soaking wet so much you couldn’t even get it off the paper…. It looked like slop….. Won’t be going back to Sparta Illinois location again…..

Hands down best Taco Bell in the 618, foods always on point breakfast and the rest, the quality and consistency of the food makes up for the lack of baja blast here and there. Plus no other place has a fantastic person like Jackie and stays open till 4 am. 10/10 recommend over any fast food joint around.

My 9-year-old grandson choose Taco Bell after the restaurant he originally chose had a live band playing and it was loud. While the drive-thru was busy, there were no other diners inside. My grandson told stories to his heart’s content. It was clean and there weren’t any napkins but Teresa brought us paper towels.

Not once have I gotten an order that was made correctly. I have food allergies and again tonight threw my food away. I know I may switch out the meats on your burritos or even a mexican pizza at times, that I also pay extra for, but it has yet to ever be made correctly after 3 years of working in the area. I will never order from here again. I don’t get the advantage of being able to run back up to have my order corrected. So enjoy the last of my money, I will not be wastimg my time or money again. Just for the record, finding a decent taco bell nowadays is few and far in between. Don’t waste your money.

Had a missing item called and name was supposed to be on a note pad . It was not got attitude from from drive thru but called back again and spoke with a very nice gentleman and he replaced my whole order. I will go back just because he was so kind. Thank you!

I showed up 7 mins before closing (ik not the greatest time) sat there till 3 with no response proceeded to call them with no answer. Then I pulled up to the window and the guy told me screaming thru the window they were closed didn’t bother to talk to me told me to go away and waved two fingers at me tried to call the next day to talk to a manager still no answer worst experience ever
