I placed me order at 11:30pm and the website says the store isn’t closed until one. I arrive at the store at 11:59pm to pick up my order and the young lady states the store is closed? I usually come to this location after work to grab something to eat however I won’t be revisiting this location again. I am literally looking at my food on the heat cabinet however the young lady’s keep saying we are closed. Very frustrated when the store suppose to be open until 1 am

This is the third time ordering from this location. Second time having issues. This time I ordered at 11:07am it said 15-26 minute for delivery. Called the store at 11:54 and she claims it’s with the driver even though tracking said it was at the store. At 12:10 I attempted to call 3 times. They answered and hung up on me every time. The food finally shows up at 12:16. Cold and looks terrible like it’s been sitting for awhile. Rude employees and terrible customer service.

Never received my order, just got the run around each time I called. My office is only 5-10 minutes from their store. I couldn’t leave for lunch, or would have just picked it up myself. First time I called, she contacted the delivery driver and told me she would be here in 5 minutes. Next time I called was 25 minutes later, the phone system automatically detected I had called previously and was directing me to a manager, they hung up on me. I called right back and they said they put my order to be delivered last of the 4 that were out, which was now already close to an hour since they left! She said they were making it again because the number I was calling from wasn’t the same number on my order (not sure what that has to do with anything) In the notes on my order, I included detailed directions and my phone number to call or text. Told her to cancel my order and I would never use them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered food to be sent to my school for lunch. After 2 hours, still no food or phone call about the order. The manager only wanted to argue with me about it. She offered nothing to make it right and had already paid for the order. I finally asked for a refund. She said she gave it to me and hung up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Asked for cheese parm bits and got them half way cooked!!! I had to finish cooking them myself! Asked for 1 pizza to be chicken and bacon with garlic parm sauce and got regular sauce. Took 8 min to bring out my food which was supposed to be 2 min or less and get a free pizza next time. Was told they were out of coupons too!! Im never going back to this store. I literally paid for raw dough bits. Look at the picture, you can see the darkness of the raw dough!!!!! Called store to let them know and got hung up on. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in my life!!!!

Love Donatos Pizza but the prices are too high anymore for the senior citizens. For large salad and a large meat lovers Pizza $30.00 some dollars. I know they have to keep up with the times but!! I have gone elsewhere and pizzas are just as good and prices are reasonable. And they don’t cut up the onions or the green peppers they seem like they’re just tossed they had big chunks of green peppers and they’re not cooked done enough it’s like getting a pizza with a salad laid on top Donatos used to do better than that and it’s not the first time
