I ordered pizza for a small group of kids. I wanted my order to be here at certain time, so I ordered in advance with that time chosen. Very nice option. I got to order before it got busy. My order arrived 10 minutes after the time I scheduled which was great. Plus we have construction going on right now so that may have contributed to any time difference. The pizza showed up and the kids started devouring it before I got pictures. It was very good. No problems like the other reviews. I will probably get more cheese in the future because our kids like a lot of cheese on their pizza. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Our delivery driver was very nice too!

I placed an order for a later time. I was afraid they might do it early and just leave it under a heat lamp for an hour. No problem. I arrived a few minutes early and they pulled the pizzas out of of the oven exactly at my scheduled time. Tasted great, too. With all the other options, people forget how great Pizza Hut is.

Order somewhere else. I’ve literally never had a good experience here. From the service to the food, the whole experience is frustrating. Every. Time. Statistically I should have at least one positive experience – nope. They just don’t care. And I tip very well so it’s not me. I now DRIVE to a different Pizza Hut or if I just have to have it delivered then I call Papa John’s or Northern Lights.

Ashworth Pizza Hut in West Des Moines. I am a 30 year customer who was yelled at, barked at when I arrived to get my pizza carry out on August 30, 2023. The manager Stan would not help when I complained and said the employee was Rick that worked there for fourty years. He barked at me, ordered, directed me then when I tried to leave yelled ‘hey get back here’ and also yelled at another employee Mathew in front of me was scary and I could not wait to leave the Ashworth West Des Moines Pizza Hut. The General Manager Stan would not help so I am calling Pizza Hut corporate to complain so no others have to be scared when entering this Pizza Hut.

The staff at this location are always friendly and polite. They know how to read an order so the pizza is correct when you get it and they can cut a pizza correctly. They don’t skimp on toppings and they are open later than other locations. All in all one of the better Pizza Huts in the DSM area!

Ordered stuffed crust and a pizza box, tasted pretty bland. Recipes need to be updated. In addition to the poor food quality, Pizza Hut currently uses Doordash to deliver, which is a catastrophic mistake. The driver forgot my drinks, and even cussed at me as he said that’s not his job to deliver items…definitely not ordering here until Pizza Hut drops Doordash.

I’ve been a huge Pizza Hut fan for years. I’ve always ordered regularly (weekly) and tipped very generously!! But I’m sick of getting charged for a Pepperoni Lover pizza and just getting a regular pepperoni pizza (usually with almost no sauce whatsoever). Frustrating! (pictures from a few orders, no double layer of pepperoni, dry as can be)
