We sat in the parking lot for 55 minutes waiting for a 20 piece order. I went inside 1st time to check after waiting 1/2 hr and 1 of the 5 teenager’s said what the f…, they said we are dropping it in now. Apparently it has to (quote) marinate for a half hr. Went back inside 2nd time and they forgot 10 pieces of the order. This isn’t the 1st tome either.

I’m 45 years old and have never had worse service than what I had in Powell today. I just can’t fathom how the entire staff can be so utterly incompetent. I stood in a line of only 6 people for more than 20 minutes before I was able to order, then had to wait some more while the staff filled orders which had already gone out. I Highly recommend that the management be evaluated, because that’s got to be the root of the problem here.

This restaurant is very poorly managed. I just went there to pick up an order and it took forever. None of the employees seem to be on the same page. Very disorganized. The area where they prepare food was really nasty. Potatoes, gravy, breadcrumbs you name it, was all over the counters and floors! I personally don’t like to eat food and restaurants that are this filthy.

BEWARE: do not place mobile orders here. They only prioritize the drive thru, and you will not receive your food. They close the lobby so you can’t go in to get it. Still waiting on a refund for the food I never received. Biggest joke of a restaurant I’ve ever had the displeasure of even attempting to order from.

Waited 15 min for this. 12 tender family meal. $25. The chicken was dry and over cooked. Chicken nugget style. Lost my business for life. People work hard for there money. And feeding your family is pretty important. Thanks you for showing me why not to come to any Bojangles. No stars is what I would give you if I could.
