The lady who took our order was great. Got the guac burger and it was so soggy and dripping with grease. I brought it back up to the counter and Alexis the GM looked at me dead in the face and said “what do you want me to do about it” I told him I wanted a different burger as that was disgusting and he wouldn’t eat that and he sits there and stares at me. He didn’t even apologize as the GM that his food came out looking like that. That is piss poor Customer Service on his part.

Oh my gosh! You have heard the phrase, clean as a whistle? I don’t a while is as clean as this Carl’s Jr. From the dining room to the bathroom thus place us sparkling clean. The food is hot tasty and amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome fast service.

If you go to this one, the best time to go is mid to late morning around 10 or 11am, weekday or weekends it doesn’t matter. The last 2X I went there I hit the drive thru, ordered the Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich with no lettuce and no tomato and they got the order CORRECT both times AND the sandwich was HOT and amazing! This is quite possibly their best chicken sandwich now and best location to get it this way. Something about this early shift they really pay attention to your orders and do a fantastic job on the food. So now this is my favorite Carls Jr!

30 minutes waiting after submitting Mobile order to be told they didn’t get it. Even though the app and text message say they did. Decide to pull away after talking to the manager and said I’ll just cancel the order to which he smiled and said Ok. Seems like they are intentionally not interested in selling food. Explains why the restaurant always looks empty while surrounded by successful restaurants.

Love their biscuits breakfast sandwiches. My all time favorite is there Monster Biscuit breakfast sandwich. It’s their buttery flakey biscuit filled with scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, cheese, & I think gravy. I salivate thinking about it. Completely filling; leaving me full for nearly 5 hours. Delicious!

This place is the worst! Honestly don’t believe the great reviews, they’ve likely hired a company to help their reputation. I’ve always had issues here and the latest is quite comical. The coupon clearly says “any breakfast sandwich” The girl claimed that it’s only for the grilled cheese. Really? I left. It’s only one of many incidents there. The restaurant is ALWAYS too cold. The employees are like zombies and God forbid you need actual customer service. Good luck with that. Seriously do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant.

Why do you work in fast food if you have no desire to help customers? We walked in and immediately all three employees walked away from the register, then discussed among themselves who would help us. After a couple of minutes one employee reluctantly helped us. It took several times of repeating my order for him to enter it and I told him twice my order was to go. When we received it my hamburger was made incorrectly. All I asked for was no tomato, no cheese. Yes, they messed that up. Also, my order was all put on a tray, again I told him twice it was to go. Then the employee brought me a single bag to put my food in. I had three full meal orders and an additional burger. I was handed a single bag to bag my food myself. This place has the audacity to ask for a tip when paying for food. A tip, before I have received any real service. Unheard of. This store is going down hill fast. Their service is horrible, food made incorrectly, and in my recent trips the place is always empty. Probably a lot to do with employee attitude and service. I doubt I will return.

Ordered the number 10 without any alterations and what I got was a tiny piece of chicken and a gigantic glob of mayonnaise. A fantastic way to have a just-off-work dinner spent 37 bucks and I get this garbage.
