Wow! What happened to this restaurant? The food used to be excellent. Now it is bland, lots of fish sauce, and no taste! it was recommended to me and in turn I highly recommended it to others. Now..I give it 1 star.. Seems they are more into the bar than cooking good, tasty food.

We just came back from this restaurant and the experience and food was so bad that I am motivated to write my first online review EVER. My son and I ordered from the lunch menu. When the food came we were appalled–shrimp lo mein consisted of shredded celery,sprouts and few small pieces of shrimp. I called the waitress over and requested to change the dish. The manager came over and stated that what you order is what you get, there is no working around it. A decent establishment would have worked with us to ensure a positive experience.

I come to this restaurant very often. Everything is always good there and there service is always good until today. I went with a few of my friends. The food was good per usual but the service, not so much. The waiter we had brought us our food and made sure that everything was okay. When we were done with our meal he gave us the check. May I mention that we are all high school students. We don’t have jobs that we go to everyday to get paid. We paid the bill and gave him a 10% tip. When he noticed that it was a 10% tip he began talking under his breathe but in a way so he knew that we would hear him. He was saying “Wow just 10%” and “Next time just stay home.” When we were leaving our booth he speed walked over and cut me off while walking, and began cleaning the table. He picked up our bag of leftovers that we were going to get and take home and threw them across the table and onto the windowsill. I thought this was very rude and disrespectful.

We have been many times to this restaurant.. Food here is very good. Lot of delicious items. Every time we used to tip at least 10% -15% on the Bill amount. Today for the first time, knowing that there was a Groupon code Purchased one and tried to use this. The person at the counter was very very bad in explaining that this coupon cannot be used. I was ok for not using the Groupon, but was totally disappointed at the way that person behaved. After paying the amount with My Card, forgot to place the tip and was talking to my friend. I didn’t realize until the person again came back spoke very rudely about the tip. Without proper customer service a restaurant cannot run business and it is totally waste of running this business. Now I realize why this restaurant is always empty.

My food arrived well over an hour after I placed my order when I live less than a mile away. They forgot a side of rice and the Boneless Spare Ribs were really dry. I wouldn’t recommend this place for your go to Chinese food spot.
