This is the worst excuse for an establishment that I have ever encountered. I’ve visited this place four times in 15 years and every single time I’ve had a awful experience. The only reason I even went four times is because the gates were closed and I wanted to stay on post. Every time I’ve asked for a milkshake. I’ve been told they haven’t been able to clean the machine yet. When I go to the window, there is always at least five or more people standing around jabbing their jaws, gossiping and being loud and laughing, and acting like customers are bothering them. I noticed that one of them was obviously a manager because she had a golden name tag on. The last time I was there, I asked for sweet tea they didn’t have sweet tea, but yet there were are five people in the drive-through window, talking and laughing and telling me that i need to pull around to the front because they were about to clock out. I got out, went in to get my food. They look at me like I shouldn’t even be in there. I receive my food no ice in my sweet tea, cold hamburger cheese not even melted, and cold, soggy onion rings. I believe they just want to collect a paycheck. This place needs to be shut down.

It really is amazing how this location has 8-10 people working there during the lunch rush and yet they still manage to only serve one person every 3 minutes or so. When you can look over to your right while waiting at this BK and see the subway line moving legit more than twice as fast, with at most 3 people working there, you know there is a serious problem with the staff.

I ordered a croissant w/just egg and 3 french toast w/syrup. Both the croissant and french toast were flat and greasy. They need to do better, I can’t believe they served it like that, it wa disgusting that I couldn’t take another bite. The woman who was taking orders for the drive through, looked tired and miserable. I just can’t believe how flat and greasy my order was. Never going back there again, with the prices of things so sky high these days, you would think you could at least get a decent meal.

Easily the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Never once… ONCE… has my order come back the way I ordered it. And people, I don’t order anything special. Ordered a chicken sandwich, got a burger. Ordered spicy chicken fries, got French fries. Ordered a spicy sandwich, got a regular. Fries don’t get seasoned, food is always cold, stale, or rotten. Every few months when I forget to bring a lunch I decide to give this place another chance. From here on out, I’d rather go hungry. Go to the food trucks. They’re pricy but quality is consistently good at most of them.

I wish could use negative stars, customer service is completely useless at Drive Through, one person at the window who obviously doesn’t care about service, just there to collect a check. I like others served our country, retired and now work on base. We deserve better than what is given at this establishment. If you can’t provide good, strong customer service, close the doors. Case in point today at 12:26 I ordered large fries, large drink, and a sandwich. I received medium fries, cold sandwich and a drink with all carbonation, no soda. It’s too late to go back, only have 1/2 hour for lunch. This is not the first time either. The line was not bad, not too busy, so no excuse, just bad customer service. A smile and have a nice day would be nice, as I’m paying for a service. You have lost my business, as I won’t be back. RETIRED SFC, US ARMY, 30 years.

Service is substandard, food is luke warm, and the wait is ridiculous for “fast food.” I’ve been here 3 times and each time they’ve given me a “line discount” because of the wait and then still give me the wrong order. One person manning the register and filling orders and others just hanging out during a lunch rush. If you’re going to take a long time at least provide fresh and correct orders. Worst BK I’ve ever been too.

It’s Burger King. Nothing special. Have eaten here because of the convenience. Definitely recommend avoid the drive thru as the line is typically backed up and once you’re in it, there’s no way to escape. I went inside and ordered a croissant this morning and service was friendly but slow even though there were very few customers (only one person ahead of me).

There are Burger Kings all over the planet. This is the worst. The staff is miserable, hostile & lazy. I would normally blame incompetent management for morale issues like this. However, the BK is on a government facility. I’m betting that the extreme situation here is attributable to whoever is administering this contract. Btw, the 2nd worst BK in the world is just down the road, also on center

I’m not sure what is going through the general managers head at this location. You have 4 people working during lunch rush and you have a drive thru line reaching half way to the Rd. As many people as needs a job. I would be willing to bet there are at least 2 dozen applications waiting for review to be hired. Quit being lazy or inept to give your current crew a breather and not be over worked. Hire more people already
