I went there this morning to get some breakfast. This young girl got a nasty attitude with me when I was attempting to make an order. Back in the day, this burger King was more friendlier, cleaner and had better customer service. And the food was better back then than it is now. I will not be returning to this location. Workers are down right disrespectful.

Went to his Burger King around 8 PM with a coupon for a free whopper with the purchase of a fry and a drink. The fries are very hard and dry and they messed up my burger twice. I’ve had three bad experiences at this location. The crew needs to do a better job with customer service.

I went to the drive thru and ordered 4 meals, all exactly the same, plus an order of nuggets. After waiting over 20 minutes my food was walked out to my car. Three orders of chicken fries and my nuggets were missing. There was also no sauce in the bag. So, I went to the door to go in and get the rest of my food. The door was locked. So, I had to go back through the drive thru. I was told to pull up and wait again. I told him to wait and let me check the bag. I was glad I did because I was still missing my nuggets. By the time I got my food and was ready to pull out of the parking lot, I had been there waiting for 41 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! After I got home I found out that the burgers I had ordered and paid for were wrong. I didn’t get the double bacon cheeseburgers I ordered. I got single burgers. And of course the original food I received was cold by the time I got home. Not happy at all with this experience! I will not be going back to this establishment. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Haven’t had burger king in forever and decided to get some lunch with the family. First off we waited in the drive thru line behind someone for about 10 minutes before they even got their order taken, then it was our turn to wait again at the speaker. 2 people had to take our order and we didn’t even get the 10 dollar burger we paid for. They had buckets at the counter catching water that was dripping from the ceiling. It was dripping all over the counter where the people were bagging food. And when we went to go inside about the missing burger.. the doors were locked. Looks like burger king missed another store to close. Literally awful. Onion rings were wet. Fries were grease logged. Just really not a great experience.

The food is very good. The staff is courteous. Polite and Professional. The business is open Thurday at 11 a.m. – Sunday at 3. Sunday is the busiest day. So, if you do not want to stand in a long line, get there before 1 p.m.

Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever been to. They never ever have drinks. It always either water or some nasty sweat tea that’s tastes 3 weeks old. Atmosphere feels like, they, have nothing better to do but talk and hang out with friends. They are a terrible representation of what and who the company stands for. And nobody cares. Your website says open for DINE IN, drive thru, and delivery…KEEP THE FREAKING DOORS LOCKED AND PUT A SIGN UP IF YOU’RE GOING TO TURN CUSTOMERS AWAY and say it’s only drive thru AFTER they walked inside to counter for service!!!! ALSO, CHANGE WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS TO THE TRUTH

Great machine in the lobby was broken. The tea was rancid. No bacon on whopper. I sad to see such a fast food so poor quality. Sad to say I will never be back….
