My son wanted to surprise me with Richard’s pizza for Mother’s Day. He said when he went in to pick it up, employees were all busy talking together. He waited several minutes before someone finally waited on him. Pizza wasn’t good at all. We love pizza & do not like to complain but we will not be going back again. The Hamilton location has always had very good food. Maybe they should train the Trenton store again. I felt so bad for my son since he felt like my meal for a special day wasn’t very special.

Ordered a sandwich and forgot over half the ingredients. Sub was supposed to have chicken, provolone, mozzarella, pizza sauce, green peppers, and onions. Only came with chicken and green peppers. Stick to the pizza if you want a good order.

15m in and I just watched staff deliver my to go order to another table. 2 mins later sandwich was returned by customer stating not theirs. Staff proceeded to wrap returned sandwich in to go bag and hand to me. After requesting a new sandwich be made, I was met by the glaringly rude blonde girl, who had my new order but no apology.

I really would appreciate the person taking orders at the counter verify the order and the people doing the cooking had no hair nets no gloves on and had hands in and out of their pockets and on there phones that’s not real appetizing when they turn around and stuff hands in to get ingredients looks like we have management problems in trenton or the owners jusdont care like they used to on Erie hwy in Hamilton 20 some odd years ago

Absolute worst experience, I eat here pretty often and today was a horrible experience. I ordered 3 steak hoagies and French fries. They made my takeout order it sat under the lamps for 30 minutes then when they realized they forgot my order they didn’t make the fries. So after the fries were made they gave me my order. The fries were not cooked and the hoagies were cold I called and asked them if they could remake the food as it was not done and they were very nice and said no problem upon taking the old food back and getting the new food home the hoagies were extremely hot meaning way hotter than normal I opened them up and they were heavy, wet and soggy. I am pretty sure they put them in the microwave to make sure they were hot that’s what the wet bread reminded me of is being microwaved. The meat and bread was not cooked as if it had went thru a convection oven but more like the food was microwaved until extremely hot. I still had uncooked fries but they were hot. Hoagie buns should not be wet let alone so wet the package was noticeably heavier than normal. I Hate being the guy that complains but I will not be going to richards anymore. $27.64 and have no food that is edible.

Horrible food and service don’t spend ur money here I called and spoke with manager was told I would have a credit of 57$ yesterday still do not have my money back pizza was ordered well done it was BURNT the Richards in Monroe is good not sure what happened here better pizza at a school cafeteria all reviews saying its bad go anywhere else because of this experience I will not return to the Monroe location it’s obvious they have no idea how to run a business I text the manager no response very unprofessional PASS ON THIS PLACE
