Our very first visit here will not be our last. We arrived after a rainstorm so it was empty, literally. The staff was young, very friendly and attentive. I ordered half rack of st Louis ribs and they were top notch. Not even my fav type of rib!! Great flavor, bark, and tenderness. Also had baked beans, and fries. My wife had the moist brisket platter which was cut a little thicker than her liking. Thick cut does leave for a bigger chunk of fat to have to chew on…. but the meat was juicy and flavorful. Great smoke technique here. The sauces were good but I tamed the spicy one, lol. Not too bad.

I believe found another BBQ place to go, the food was hot, and taste good, and the drive-through worker was very professional. I wanted rib tips and I was told that they didn’t sell rib tips, not I’m looking for some good down-home southern RIB TIPS!

I stopped by this place after my physical therapy appointment because I could just smell the goodness walking out! So glad I did. Customer service was impeccable. Food was great. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely plan on trying other things off the menu soon.

Get you a Bo-Hawg stacker! Being my first time here I wanted to try a few things but didn’t have room for all my eyes saw so the Bo-Hawg allowed me to try the pulled pork & sausage with a slice of cheese because why not! It was fantastic and with a side of Brunswick stew that I added some Crystal hot sauce to spice things up a bit. Very friendly staff and made the effort to stop by my table to ensure everything was as delicious as you expected. I’ll be back here for sure.

Been to Willie Jewell’s a few times for lunch outside on the patio. The food has always been fantastic. We decided to have a drink at the bar after work and found out they only serve beer currently. So we decided to have dinner while I had my beer and the food was great as always but the service behind the bar was poor. I ordered takeout online. Everything was good including customer service at the counter. I like how they have the sauces in the packets. The sauces are good. One reviewer on Yelp stated that the sauces were watery but that was not the case for me. It was good.

The food was great! We had pulled pork and brisket, both were awesome. Baked beans and coleslaw were both really good, collard greens and mac and cheese were okay. Service was really quick. Will definitely go back.

My 17-year old son and I stopped in yesterday for lunch. He was craving a really good burger- we are a big fan of the bbq but had never tried the burger. It came out fresh and hot and covered in melted cheese. He said it perfectly seasoned and was the best one he has had In a long time! Didn’t even save me a bite! . Thanks Desmond and crew for the great lunch with my soon-to-graduate son. Also the grape juice lemonade is the bomb!
