Went to pick up my pizza at the time given and they couldn’t find my order. They were clearly short staffed but the owner was less than calm and I could tell he was making things much worse just by being there. After 20 minutes of waiting, he stated it would be another 10 minutes. He said to pull ahead and he would bring my order out to me. Never told me anything more. Tons of cars came and went, delivery drivers ran past me seeing me sitting there waiting forever and never acknowledged me. The owner came to the back door multiple times to talk to delivery drivers and never gave me a second thought. After 30 minutes I went back to the window and the girl said, oh sorry, yea, I saw your order, it’s been sitting here. Are you kidding me? I waited for an hour! Mind you, I would have canceled and drove off 40 minutes prior but it was an online order and I didn’t know how to cancel to get my money back. It would have been faster with delivery. I order from there a lot. I won’t be anymore. He clearly doesn’t care about his customers and can’t handle his business when it’s busy. If he disregards his paying customers, how does he treat his employees?

Holy MOLDY! Moldy cannolis got me sick super quick. I was lucky I take photos to review food and was able to have proof but unfortunately I ate it all the way until the bitter mold made me throw everything up. I’m so disappointed. I’ve eaten here 20+ times with no issues but this is unacceptable. The cannolis were very moldy and it was initially disguised by the chocolate chips. The chicken parm sandwich was completely soggy. Every bit of bread and breading on the chicken was soggy and soft. The fries were not fresh. Way past overdone, yes somehow still soggy. My wife ate half of a Gordita before we found the mold in my food and called it quits. I was so sure this location would be a 5 star review but I wish I could give it zero. My first review that’s gotten me sick. . I DO NOT recommend this establishment and if you must try it, eat at your own risk ⚠️❌⛔️

We hosted the rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding here. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the first phone call inquiring about the establishment and what they offer, to the night of the dinner, Angie was amazing, so helpful. Everybody in the wedding party commented that the food was awesome!

Order two Cesar salads, in the past usually it came with chicken. (One of the salads was ordered with no croutons) This time around there was no chicken and no ranch, just lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.

Used to be a wonderful place to order. However whoever took the order seems to always screw up or else you have to ask for someone who can actually do it right. First, my quesadillas were dry, burnt in several spots and had no cheese or avocado which was ordered. Then a burrito ordered with no beans comes with beans and salsa after being clearly asked not once but three times to not have it in with the food. Highly disappointed in the downfall of the food and will not be returning.
