Drove by this place dozens of times w/o stopping until someone recommended. It’s about as authentic Mexican as you will find in far north Texas. The food was great and the portions plentiful. Service was top notch (we where really the only ones there) and almost too attentive. The tres letches cake was a nice topper on a great meal. Will be back and would recommend too anyone interested in real Mexican cuisine.

We will definitely be back! I’ve seen the photos others have posted of the food & let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Our portions were big, our service was beyond excellent, and the food was delicious. The Torta con Borrega was to die for, highly recommended! Oh, and the salsas were yummy!

One of the best Asada street taco plates to go, other than at the food truck behind Combs’ Coffee.

This is real Mexican food and it’s done very well. Don’t expect sour cream and shredded cheese on your tacos at this place. They really are authentic. So good. Thank God.

Love trying new restaurants, but this one was a bust…I didn’t like the salsa, enchiladas, or the rice and beans. Maybe this was too authentic for me…I gotta stick with Ernesto’s

Food was ok. I won’t go back for a 2nd try though — one of the employee’s son was there, I’d guess about 4 years old. He was in the dining area, watching a show on his tablet. Volume was maxed out, we couldn’t have a conversation without yelling. AND, the show had curse words, sometimes non stop, and the kid was yelling and repeating half of them. I realize maybe they don’t have child care, but as loud as it was, they heard and did not care what the kid was watching.
