Usually come here once a week (I live close by) and I order through the app. Never a problem. The staff is always friendly and very helpful whenever I walk in. The food is always correct and never a miss. I ask for extra stuff and they never blink an eye. I know working McDonald’s isn’t easy and I give them credit. We stopped in today (5/20/20) and dining inside is closed due to COVID-19. But, we walked in to make our order and the staff was wonderful! Friendly, professional- got the order perfectly correct. Very welcoming and a clean store. Extremely pleasant young lady took our order, made sure we got ketchup, salt etc. The food was FRESH and HOT and absolutely DELICIOUS! There were four of us, and we had a rough, long day because we had to take my mom to a serious appointment with a neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic. It was around 2:40 p.m. and we hadn’t eaten since breakfast when we left Orlando to head to Jacksonville. So it was just so nice to be so warmly welcomed, nicely treated and served hot, delicious food. It was something the staff does all the time, but it really made our day. Thank you so much.

This is the only McDonald’s that my wife and I will go to. This McDonald’s is located at 317 Marsh Landing Parkway, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250. Always busy , food is fresh, and fries are always hot. Make sure you use the McDonald’s app to get great deals and save money . I always use the 20% deal to save.
