I ordered a 5 topping large pizza.I explained on the phone I want 3 separate orders of mushrooms and 1 black olive topping and 1 sausage topping..when I went to pick it up the girl that made my pizza stated that is 3 separate orders of mushrooms..she was clearly lying!!! They sold me a 3 topping pizza and charged me for 5 toppings!! Becides being clearly ripped off, I have to say the pizza just doesn’t taste good at all..Me and my friends will never spend our money at PAPA JOHNS.. SHE LOOKED IN MY FACE AS SHE LIED TO ME ABOUT THE 3 SEPARATE MUSHROOM TOPPINGS..I WAS LOOKING RIGHT AT MY PIZZA AND IT WAS CLEAR IT WAS A 3 TOPPING PIZZA.. Won’t ever be going to this Papa Johns. They put the garlic pod on the pizza and the paper receipt on and in the pizza box. I complained online and nothing was done. When I ordered again I got my pizza but my napkins smelled like gasoline. I complained again online and nothing was done. The next time I ordered I got it carry out and was shocked on how dirty the kitchen was. I’d rather dive to next closest Papa Johns to get my pizza.

On superbowl day I ordered a 40 piece of buffalo wings for me and my family, and They arrived pre cooked as well with a slimy taste. I call the manager on charge his name is ernie and he said quote” unless you dont bring me the wings I won’t be able to give you a refund, I told him that it was a big inconvenience for me. I had enjoyed papa John’s all this past years but the service and quality of this wings were just awful

First experience was not as pleasant as the second. The difference being the 2nd time we were treated like Papa John’s cared what we thought as a customer. The first time the manager could have cared less and was more about making money for the business instead of trying to keep repeat customers. We will be back based on a different attitude from a different manager. The first manager is why they don’t get 5 stars.

The pizza here is usually great no problems but my pizza was delivered tonight with a long string of hair in it. I was pretty disappointed and disgusted by this. The staff needs to tie there hair up or wear a hair net or something because this is unacceptable. I had not checked the reviews until tonight and apparently this is not the first time this has happened. I even prepaid a tip for the delivery only to find hair in my food
