I always enjoy eating here. The food tastes fresh. The staff has always been nice. The restaurant is clean, seems like someone is always wiping a table or sweeping. I would recommend having the Poke bowl.

First, let me say that THERE IS NO DRIVE THROUGH! I don’t know why that is tagged, nor why one of the reviews mentions a drive through. I believe it has curb-side delivery, but there’s no drive-through window.

I love Tokyo Joes but this specific one is not great. Every time I order online it is very hit or miss. They get my orders wrong a good portion of the time. I eat here a lot and there is a huge difference in the day crew and the night crew. The food when the day crew is there is always good and they never get my order wrong. The night crew though, the consistency is not there and half the time my order is wrong.

Took 35 minutes to get a bowl and a sushi roll. Food was fine but the wait was absolutely ridiculous considering that the place had plenty of staff and was totally empty and no apparent Togo orders. Swasitka engraved in the concrete outside is a nice touch too.

To go order placed at 10:57 for an 11:15 pickup, least motivated crew I’ve ever witnessed. Looking at their phones. Moving in slow motion. I asked about my order at 11:25 and he motioned vaguely at the sushi bar and “he’s working on it” that dude had wandered around the whole since I’ve been here. Received order at 11:29. Might have been an off day but pretty weak effort. After all that my poke bowl was made incorrectly (tons of onions, which I hate)

We used to eat here a few years ago and wanted to stop by again, but Salmon bowl was fishy (they stopped serving Mahi Mahi) and Thai noodle bowl was salty. The staff was nice! The quality used to be better back then before they got acquired by Salad Collective. We don’t think we would come back again!

The food always tastes fresh, I definitely recommend their poke bowls! I frequent often enough to where I have picked up on some grievances. I can’t tell if they are short staffed at the moment or simply have poor time management, but it takes much too long to receive an order unless you do so online. If you don’t mind the wait, sit down and enjoy some sushi. Otherwise, for them to make a single poke bowl takes about twenty – thirty minutes, which I find somewhat discouraging when on my break. It could just be my rotten luck that they’ve been backed up on orders lately. Either way, still enjoy this Tokyo Joe’s, the quality of food is excellent. Unfortunately I ended up leaving without ordering anything because it had already been close to fifteen minutes and I still wasn’t being helped.
