Messed my coffee up, very upset, I had my sister get me a coffee and they messed up terribly, I’m a stay a home mom with no vehicle so it’s not like I can go back, the receipt is correct but not the coffee… it was un edible, very upset, I paid 6$ for this!!

It was dirty and gross. They were focusing on the drive through not paying mind to the register lots of people walked out. We ordered a dozen doughnuts and after paying we were told that we owed more for our choice in donuts. Extremely understaffed unfortunately and the ones working (other then the manager) obviously didn’t want to work. One employee was yelling in the back quite loudly and making a huge show over something the customers didn’t need to hear about.

Got coffee and a donut through the drive through and my donut had a very weird chemical – almost planty taste to it?? Like what the heck. Then my coffee tasted burnt and weird as well. Very bizarre. The staff were nice tho but I won’t be getting anything here anymore

Some of the workers but not all (Stacey, Jenn, Pandora) are extremely rude to both customers and workers and are about as unprofessional as you can be. Overall a pretty good store but some horrible people running it. Can’t believe somebody actually trusted them to run their business.

Pretty solid on the coffees and service. The exception, which is not unique to this DD, being that a person must ask (clearly) for ketchup packets with hash browns. This is insane—please: ask me How Many I Want, or just give me five and don’t ask. Thank you.

This Dunkin is in a gas station, so you’ll get a mix of folks coming in and out, but they do have a seating area and a drive thru. The selection is the same as anywhere as far as I can tell, and they have a microwave available for patron use. Staff is polite and friendly, and seem happy to accommodate my dairy allergy (no cheese, oat milk, etc). It’s a little chaotic and if you walk up to the counter while there are lots of people in the drive thru they might not notice you for a little bit, but that’s not always the case. Overall a good local joint in an area without a lot of take out coffee or food options.

This is not the first time I’ve ordered through the app and had an order not completed. Other locations are able to update when they shut down early and aren’t taking orders, I don’t understand why this location struggles with that.

Trinity Nightingale
Tyler and Abby were my coworkers up until I left for school starting. They continue to go up and beyond for the customers while I am in there and myself included. They do a fantastic job. Very pleased to have once worked with these two amazing people. The whole team is great. I’ll always take my breakfast business to them. They take the time to remember names and orders. My coffee is rarely ever messed up. Good job, guys. Keep up the work.
