Initially the service was good. The young lady behind the counter took our order within five minutes. Unfortunately that same young lady had the responsibility of bringing our orders to us. Well a large group came in a few minutes after us, and she got stuck taking their orders. On the other side of the counter (drive thru), four her co-workers were just hanging out. None of them bothered to help her out. Poor customer service experience. I’m not sure what you put in your Mango frozen drink, but it looked terrible, and tasted worse. I’ve been going to DQ since I was a kid. This was a surprisingly lousy experience.

Everytime I go here they either forget my gravy or it’s basically frozen. They didn’t have ice of two occasions and the dinning room is not very clean.

Went there today and the girl behind the counter came to the register never said hi how can I help you. Then she seemed to get a nasty attitude when taking our order. When we asked for something it was like we were bothering . Was very bad service. We asked for someone else to take our order She said something nasty to him about us. With her eyes rolling in her head . She was just plain nasty .The food and service was absolutely disgusting.
