This is not a Dunkin Donuts. It’s an empty donut case with an automatic hot chocolate machine. If you’re traveling down I-81, saw the sign on the interstate, and exited for a snack and expected something more, then you may be disappointed.

Too crowded, not enough register workers. Usually much better at this location. Hope it doesn’t become the norm. I travel extensively and stop there often and it’s never had so few workers. Hope it was just a fluke.

Not sure who the young man with Sandy blonde hair was but he does his job very well. Coffee was fresh and amenity area was clean. Very polite and helpful employees including the check out counter.

It us inside the pilot truck stop. Coffe is good. But very poor selections of donuts. Also half the time very old. Never any muffins. Also cost more that a standard DD. If you just want coffee its ok..

Truly disappointed… Absolutely no hot coffee of any variety (Original, Dark Roast or Decaf). The urns were room temp. When I asked if she could brew some, the response I got was “I suppose”. We finally got our coffees 15 minutes later and got back on the road and she had to have used too many grounds because the coffee was unbelievably strong and bitter. I absolutely love a VERY dark roast but this was ridiculous. We spend $300 plus every month in Dunkin and this was not drinkable.

It’s advertised as a Dunkin Donuts, but really it’s just a kiosk inside of the Pilot gas station. It was well stocked and they had a full offering of fresh donuts and muffins and since they had some tea bags I got exactly what I wanted. The coffee cake muffins are really good!

They really should watch on the video cameras how old were whelmed people are when they walk into this big conglomeration wall of coffee and attitudes and Thompson buzzers and twists and turns it’s just overwhelming. As you look at the faces at the people as they approach this coffee area, everyone looks completely bewildered, lawd, stated and assorted other reactions as we all Giggle and charcoal to one another trying to help each other find what it is you’re looking for. It’s just too chaotic and a big mess basically. I suppose the youngsters 20-somethings might understand the hodgepodge chaos of 17,000 Thompson score 75 different buttons for this but for a person just wanting to get a cup of coffee is really a pain in the fly. And I was one of about 7 people in this area this morning that held the same sentiment.

This place is very unclean for a Dunkin donuts shop.the Dunkin donut coffee urns look as if they were beaten by a baseball bat. It appears to be done purposefully because the pilot coffee area is much cleaner and newer.
