Eh… This one is not great even for Arby’s. It used to be better, but this time I got the rib sammich and due to staffing issues the service was so slow the sammich was cold. Not only that, the ribs were very dry. It used to be a decent location, but has gone down hill.

This is the second time I have gone to this location and gotten the wrong order. We ordered the roast beef and cheddar meal and the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Not what we got at all. We got boneless chicken wings and gyro meat and cheddar on a bun… I will not be going back.

If your looking for a quick bite for lunch this id bit the place to go the drive thru was slow but the food was hot it was not the best place but it also wasn’t the worse place the workers in the drive through gave me the wrong thing but they replaced it with out hesitation the service was nice but they also move slow

They don’t want to take orders through drive through more often than none. They close their drive through at 2 and do not have a signs to let others know…They refuse to update their phone number. The 903 numbers is for Loves Travel Stops. The employees have always been kind to me though. So they have that going for them

Been sitting in the drive through line for 50 minutes to get my food. 50. Minutes. Once you commit to being in line there isn’t anyway to get out of line leaving you trapped to think about your poor life choices that lead you here. Not sure if this counts as fast food anymore. Their service(?) Is patheticly slow. I’ve had faster service at a DMV. Yikes.

They care more about door dash than people standing in line, was told to hold on for ten minutes and several people left line. When I ordered waited another 10 mins and several other people got there food and left. When I asked about my order she said she forgot! Emloyee 074234 needs some retraining asap

I tried this place a few months back and the drive through was incredibly slow. Took about 45 min start to finish. Decided to give it another try today since there didn’t seem to be a long line. I have been stuck in this line for a half hour. And there is no way to get out once you’re in line. It would be faster to leave post and go to the arby’s on skibo then drive back on post.
