Southern hospitality at its finest!! Stopped here in Arkansas to see my family and wait til the weather cleared. Always wanted to try a Waffle House and finally had the opportunity. The workers here are so kind and friendly!! Very busy restaurant but with fast service. Glad I stopped here to see what the hype was about. 10/10 🙂

Rude, my husband and I walked in and no one acknowledged us, just stared at us. A white couple walks in and they’re falling all over trying to help them. Amazing since most of their customers are brown or black.

If you’re in a rush and trying to get your meal and go. Do not call to make a to go order cause they will not answer. I called at 3:23 pm multiple times and no one answered the phone. I finally get to the location and the building is empty except for 1 customer and 3 employees (1 smoking, 1 walking inside and 1 sitting inside) I called again from the parking lot no one still didn’t answer. I have a 30 minute break and being able to call it in saves time. So now I have to wait 10-15 mins for my food after a 10 min drive. This is a continuous problem with both University and Geyer Springs locations that need to be fixed

If I wanted to feel neglected and everyone else around me get what they wanted, I’d have stayed with my ex. For me to wait nearly an hour while having about 8 other people get their food before me…8 people who came after I did is ridiculous. My order was simple, yet nearly an hour.

So we decided we wanted to eat waffle house last remind you we went about 9pm we arrive and got out the car there was no body there except the people who work there. We went in as soon as we walked in sit down the guy comes to us and says we are closing in 10 mins. We’ll we went out side to the car to try to find another close to us and as we are in the car we see other people go in and sit down and order food. I have never been so disregard in my life. Deserved a zero but, the cashier was very kind so I left 2 stars. The bacon was under cooked and burned in spots, the grits were under cooked and I just threw the entire meal out. I have had great food at this location before. I just feel that, if my family spends close to 50 bucks with them, we deserve better quality of food.

It Was a busy morning at the waffle House I don’t know if they always train employees but there was lots of trainees behind the counter ,a few Mix-Ups but our dishes came out very well done. They need to work on scrambled eggs. American cheese isn’t a favorite, so not a fan orange square cheese.
