First time ever going to this location but I won’t ever go again. We ordered a meal with crazy, sauce, and two pizzas,sauce, and crazy bread not only was this bread extremely hard and a lot of air whole like no dough but it had Italian seasoning on them. The staff was really friendly. I was having a bad day and I needed to grab something quick for my kids. The assistant manager Serena was so sweet and funny as well. My order came up quickly and the food was good and as expected. I’ll come back just for the customer service!

They always mess it up!! The absolute worst customer service!! Ordered 2 pizzas and only received one pizza. The assistant manager refused to give me her name but took the time to blame everyone but Jesus himself for the mistake that was made in her store. This place has proven to be awful! They should take lessons from their store in Summerville!

I ordered ahead of time and it took over 30 minutes to get my order. I waited in the drive thru behind 3 cars , when I got to the window I was told to park until my order was ready. The guy at the window wasn’t very knowledgeable about pricing or specials. I parked and when the app stated that my order was completed it told me to go back to the drive thru. I wasn’t about to do that because by this time the line had built up again. I want inside for pickup and had to wait again. The guy taking orders, and running the cash register was also operating the window!!! I only saw 2 others in the back. They were very busy for 3 employees to be doing all of that. Pizza was great though!!!

We had an awful wait on Saturday April 29th. We were actually waiting for over an hour for our pizza and wings we ordered. And I think the gentleman that took our order placed our foot in the back and actually forgot about us! But A VERY SPECIAL THANKS to the manager for getting our order straight and out to us, but she went above and beyond and actually gave us a refund as well as our food! Thank you ma’am for making things right, so we will decide return again soon!!

Everytime I come here at night, they never have anything “Hot n Ready”. I’m currently in parking lot waiting for 1 pizza and have watched them turn away at least 10 customers in 15min with the ole “SORRY, WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING READY RIGHT NOW, IT WILL BE A 20 MINUTE WAIT” routine.

If I could I would write a negative two stars on this place I’ve never got my order right one if I ordered anything other than a large pepperoni. And then tonight the girl rang up my order has a large pepperoni thin crust and I ordered a large spring so then I get my pizza an hour after I ordered it and I had to go in and correct it and then this is what I got no olives most of the Pizza is pepperoni so I’m assuming they took the old Pizza that they tried to give me and just threw a few toppings on it and said that was a supreme and the reason I’m saying that is because the crust around the edges is harder than it usually is not to mention the pepperonis are cooked more than anything else on the pizza I would never go back to this place if I had another Little Caesars to go to

Placed an order for pickup. App said it was ready but when I go to put code they had neither mine nor anyone else’s pizza ready. They just marked them ready even though the kitchen was behind. Very frustrating as I would have waited at home.
