I was staying in the speedway area for business and needed a good coffee. There are 2 next to each other on main st. Stopped in and tried both, but overall Founders is just the better deal and atmosphere. If you’re into Indy racing lore, and enjoy a good coffee, this is the place to be. Met the owner Jeff and he is a really good dude. Maliki was one of my servers and he was one cool dude and very engaging. Entire staff is great. My coffee was excellent and I saw plenty of breakfast plates that looked delicious. They have it all here. If you want a great way to start your day, I highly recommend this place. Come out and support your local businesses and avoid chains!

This place was great! It is smaller and was quite busy while we were there. We got the seasonal coffee fight. You get to choose 4 drinks out of like 6 options. It came with a free bakery item. We got a Blueberry crumb muffin. THE BISCUITS AND GRAVY WERE SO GOOD! my friend really liked the breakfast sandwich as well. I also was happy to see they had oat milk for a milk substitute for their drinks.

So happy to have a local coffee shop! Really good coffee. Weird standout- the panini breakfast sandwiches were EXCELLENT. They have a slightly spicy seasoning on the outside of the bread and it is very flavorful. Pleasantly surprised by that. We will definitely be back to try more!

Founders grounds is the best coffee house in Indianapolis, especially Speedway. Their breakfast sandwiches and pastries are fantastic, the coffee is the best in town, and being there feels like being in a coffee house that belongs in Speedway. The staff is incredibly friendly and accurate and treat you like a friend in their living room who came by to hang out.

I am a HUGE fan of Founders for many reasons. The biggest reason is how delicious their food and coffee is, especially their lotus drinks! The second reason is the atmosphere and how kind everyone is that works here. I have never met a frowning face and I used to come into the coffee shop everyday when I worked next door. Founders is the thing I miss the most about my old job, LOL! If there is one thing you try from there, I’d recommend the buffalo chicken sandwich (hands down the BEST sandwich ever).

Stopped by on opening day and was pleasantly surprised to find it so busy! Speedway was in desperate need for a coffee shop. There is a wide selection available on the menu, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and our drinks were delicious! It’s nice and bright with the windows. They also have coffee beans, candles, succulents, clothing, and art for sale. I plan on making this a regular stop

Speedway’s best kept secret for coffee. Great service, and amazing latte’s! I’m not huge on ice coffee, but I’m obsessed with theirs. Panini’s are great! I went 5 times one week, it is that good! The owner is super friendly and it’s an overall welcoming atmosphere. Fully recommend

Coffee/latte flights were fun, unique, and flavorful and are perfect for sharing! Ample parking available, and a cute, comfortable, elevated patio deck. Also important to note – dogs are allowed on the patio! Service was friendly and fast – we will be back.

Enjoyed our mochas at the IMS museum location. Seems not many are aware they were there. Wasn’t too busy but we were there early on carb day. Prices were fair. Had some nice sandwich and pastry options as well. The maple bacon donut is good.
