I come to this location at least twice a month and order Cream Cheese Rangoons every time. At least 25% of the times I come, one of the Rangoons is not properly made or is completely empty of the cream cheese filing. Can you please have a better quality check, or let your employees know this reflects poorly on their customer service?

Ordere online the family meal and none of the bowls were even remotely full… tell me how you can feed 4 boys with half bolws???? You spend $69 to feed your kids and family and you get enough for 2 people. My kids were still hungry and I had to go spend more money so they could actually be full.

If you’re looking for great customer service at this Panda location, make sure to stop in when Marcia is working the front. Her warm smile and friendly attitude make all the difference in the dining experience. Unfortunately, not all the employees are as attentive as she is. I’ve encountered some stingy, rude, indifferent, and classless employees who seem to be in a rush to serve the next customer.

Young lady at window was very nice but the food quality for almost $50 in food was horrible. The cream cheese Rangoon’s have crumbs of other food stuck in some and others have no filling. Orange chicken was burnt and hard. Not beef in broccoli and beef just the broccoli.

Tastes ok. Smaller portions cost more. Went thru the drive thru. Had a very hard time ordering due to difficulty understanding the gal with the strong Asian accent and she had a hard time understanding me, and I don’t have much of an accent. Looked like they threw things into bag because it was messy in there. The person taking my payment was nice and easy to understand.

I spent 8 dollars on a bowl and expect it to be filled. This place is always a hit and a miss. Usually I don’t have much to complain about but recently my Rangoons have been messed up (either some aren’t filled or they are burnt) but this bowl not being filled and there only being 3 maybe 4 peices of beef is unexeptable. You need to fix your store because I for one love panda express but I might have to start going to another one.

I ordered broccoli beef but it literally had ONE piece of beef. My chow mein was very dry and chewy like they hadn’t been cooked. There was almost no sauce on the noodles.

Food was okay, fried rice seemed like it could be a little better and the portioning for the meat seemed smaller but I havent been to a Panda in a while so maybe they changed it up. But um…Why were there just broccoli stems in with my partners food instead of the actual broccoli heads? Who eats broccoli stems? I’m sure your recipe doesn’t call for you to keep them and serve them to your customers.
