Long wait, I had a 30min lunch break walked inside to see why it had been 20min the girl at the register says we’re just waiting on your fries and proceeds to ask someone in the back for fries that were already cold and sitting. She goes to the back to make the order of fries herself. I get outside to check my food and the fries are cold and tenders were not done. I asked for the manager they were already aware that I’d come back because apparently they found out the tenders were not done. I have pictures I received a refund and returned to work late due to this issue I need further compensation.

Manager was advised that the were flying the American Flag upside down. He refused to change it after being informed. He claimed he didn’t have the key. After a few hours it seems that he found the key and corrected the position of our flag!
