Just pulled up in drive thru, ordered 4 meals, person took order then made rude remarks after we ordered. We just kept going. I’m guessing no supervision was around because surely employees wouldn’t act like that in front of the supervisor. 50 dollars worth of food and we went across the street to KFC. People do have choices, we will never stop at this location. EVER.

This is hands down the single most pitiful Popeyes I have ever been to. They have NEVER gotten our order right. And the wait is so long, it’s not worth even waiting for the right food. There’s not many places to eat in Rayville, but this one is so bad it just about needs shut down.

I enjoy Popeye’s chicken. It’s usually fast, unless you hit rush hour or something similar. I have no complaints concerning the taste. The price is another story. The thing that makes me the most uncomfortable is the aggressive loud talk by the employees. These young women are angry (don’t really want to work) and they let everyone know how they feel. Next time, if there’s a next time, I do curb side pick up.

Always great. Was a long line for the window had to wait a while. Looked like they were sending people from inside to outside.

While visiting family from out of town stopped to get some chicken. Starting we went inside and the service was lackluster. The cashier was not friendly and we could barely hear him although we asked him to project his voice a little louder, the workers were discussing their personal business so that customers could hear them. The cook yelled from the back asking the cashier to repeat his business and he yelled back something that was happening at his house. The manager just stood there and smiled while listening to the conversation all this while waiting on some chicken tenders. I did the mobile order and went in to attempt to pick up my order and it still wasn’t ready. I had someone with me who didn’t place a mobile order and was able to go in an order and receive their order before mine. What should have been Maybe a 10 to 15 min pickup ended up being there for close to 50 mins just waiting in the lobby and the food still wasn’t hot or fresh. At that point I was defeated and ready to go. Went back a few days later and still didn’t get fresh food. This place is a HUGE NO! The lines are always long, and they are unprofessional.

Chicken sandwich is off the charts. Tea is really good. Service needs work.

I am a semi truck driver, I stopped by at 11 am to grab some lunch myself and another driver the doors were locked. None of the employees would even acknowledge us standing by the door there was no sign or anything saying if the dining area was closed. An employee showed up so they came to open the door when we asked if we can order the older white man said the dining room is closed and to go the the drive through to order. I explained to him that I have a semi truck and that’s not possible. he said I’m sorry there is nothing I can do to help you, I asked him to take my order and I can pay at the drive through window he said I need to go stand in the drive through when they had like 10 cars in line.
