Not a very good experience. Unbeknownst to me they have started using another delivery system, not being aware or told my Daughter chose to pay cash(still no warning) 2 hours later we called to check the status and it still had not left. Needless to say we finally had to go pick up the lukewarm overcooked pizza. If this is going to be an issue… let the customer know in advance!

There have been so many issues with this location, I don’t know how they are still open. We ordered some pizzas for delivery and waited almost 2 hours so we called them. They told us that they didn’t have any drivers and we would have to pick it up. That would have been fine if someone would have called to tell us. Then I go to place an order for pick up for tonight and start to head in to get it and the manager opens the door and asks if I’m doordash and when I say no then she says they are closed. I tell her I placed an order online for pickup and she said well we never got it. I had an email that stated it was ready. She then went on to say that they stopped doing carry out for tonight and are only doing deliveries until close. She then continued to slam the door in my face after I asked for corporates number. Still found it online. A call would have honestly fixed this and saved me from sitting infront of the store for 30 minutes. The funniest part was the email I got after driving 15 minutes home stating that my order had been canceled and they were sorry for the inconvenience. This was almost an hour after I had placed the order and already after I received the email saying it was ready. One out of three things should happen here. Either close the store, give the manager an attitude adjustment, or fire her completely. If you order from here, good luck.

If I could give them a zero for poor customer service I would. Ordered pizza for a birthday party, my guests waited for more than two hours. Reached out to this store, my order was voided. Claimed driver came to my home to deliver and no one was home. I was waiting outside on my porch the entire time. Obviously the driver went to the wrong home. Offered no solution, wouldn’t provide a corporate contact and very dismissive.

I wanted a small New York style pizza for lunch. They only come in large so I elected to have a small two topping regular crust to go. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable enough. Pizza seemed under cooked. Pizza crust was stuck to the box when I got it home. Pizza sauce is very good at papa johns I think but the crust just lacked flavor whatsoever.
