If you never been it’s basically like Subway but with a Mexican theme. They seem a little high given the atmosphere and quality of food. For the same price you would be better off just eating at a traditional Mexican restaurant. If getting in and out is your thing then this might work and the cost could be marked up as a convenience.

So excited to try this place because I’m a huge Chipotle fan but don’t like the drive. But this was terrible. Everything was bland, the chicken was burnt. Nothing had flavor. The rice was semi hard. Goodness I was so disappointed and will not be going back. My husband and I couldn’t even finish our food and fed it to the dogs because it was just terrible. same price as chipotle but way worse.

I had a free entree from the app and decided to order today. When we get there it takes a while to get the food I preordered 15 minutes prior. My bowl has no lettuce no refried beans and no salsa. The extra queso that I paid for was puddled up in one side of my bowl. I asked for chicken and there’s a mix of chicken and charcoal beef. I tried calling the establishment and they have made it so that you cannot contact them except by leaving a voicemail. I just genuinely do not recommend it. If I had spent full price it would have been a bigger issue.

I would like to start with I rarely do reviews, it must be really awesome or really terrible. Everyone has a bad day but…. 4 times I have ordered from there in hopes for better experience and food. Rude customer service, acts like its an inconvenience to place an order or add additional items, rushes you through your order, and it wasn’t or hasn’t been busy. If I go back and the same girl is behind the counter I will turn around and leave. Sadly, one day I went in there and she was training a young man that was very nice, she was rude to him and me. Chicken and steak is burnt and barely edible. Anytime I order through the app my food is wrong. Love the food but this location’s service and food is terrible.
