Folks that work there DO NOT care for customers and they do not follow procedures and they are slightly rude and sleep lock customers out for no reason they want they money to work there but don’t care for the customers that are keeping them to have job with the company the owner of that store needs to pay real attention to who they hire! Only one woman that works there is the best one there Mary your are the kindest person in that business and give respect to your customers.

This place used to be ok. Has gone down hill for a while. Inside dirty, broken ordering screens, everything has a very worn appearance. Long wait for food. Burritos the size of roller food. The little that’s there is just dumped in the tortilla. Freeze very watery. Order was also wrong for the third time in a row. Easier, faster, and better quality food from a roller at one of the many truck stops sadly. Tired of wasting my money, like $35 gone at this point, and going hungry. Won’t bother anymore.

The ladies working this morning deserve a raise. They allowed me (a truck driver) to come inside and order when the lobby was still closed. It is really tough out here sometimes and always feels weird having to walk through the drive thru line to order food.

Me, My wife, and my AUTISTIC 3 yr old daughter went through the drive thru Tuesday 8-8-23. Tried ordering at the drive thru, the lady stops responding half way through the order, so naturally I say ( hello)… No response so I wait a minute. I say hello. No response. I work fast food so I understand more than most people, so I drive up to the window, I want to get my food before I simply ask y she stopped communicating through the drive thru. Instant ATTITUDE so I asked her name politely because my 3yr old was with me. She stated MARY loudly and became very aggressive. Not sure the receipt said a different name…. Mary should not be at the window doing customer service when she hates period . One GOD

Went thru drive thru the lady that took my order was dry & unpleasant as if she didnt want to be there. I ordered chicken chalupa meal no tomatoes with soft taco! To my surprise loaded with tomatoes so I picked them off! Soft taco had nothing but watery meat in it. No lettuce or cheese! Mountain dew had no ice in it & tasted like it was out!! All the tomatoes I had to pick of both chalupas. I was on the way to work but never again!!

I would give negative stars if I could. I’ve tried to get breakfast at this Taco Bell THREE times now. All of the times I’ve gone have been between the times of 8:10AM-9:30AM and they haven’t been open. I Won’t be trying to get breakfast there again. Very disappointing.
