Completely and utterly disrespectful and lazy!!! Cant get any order correct let alone wants to be rude on the phone! I asked for a regular famous bowl not SPICY! and then you want to get rude and disrespectful just because of your own mistakes and say, well we dont have spicy anymore and theres nothing we can do…. Wow yea fast foods are becoming utterly disgusting and not worth any time or money!

Placed an online order for pickup at 7pm I got in line at 7pm Informed the person taking orders I had a pickup order and my name. I was told to come to the window. After a 25 min wait in line I get to the window and they try to charge me. I inform them that I had the online order give my name again and said I paid online. The staff then proceeds to argue with me stating I already picked up my order. After I inform them that I had been In line for 25 min I have in deed not picked up my order and offer to show them my ID they tell me there is nothing they can do and I will have to call corporate and try to get a refund. Even tho they have a sign in the window stating no refunds. I ask them to check the cameras to verify my story or verify that they gave my order to someone elts and they get a manager and they decide to re make my food and get it to me. Now after all of that the chicken is extremely soggy and I am honestly concerned to consume it after the attitude I recived I have a real concern for the safety of my food.

Do not go to this location!! Our food was old. We do not get KFC very often and I got a coupon so we treated our family. We got a 12 peace meal and the chicken tasted old. The mashed potatoes looked old and the containers were half full. We waited 20 minutes and about 6 cars behind us were turned away because it would be 20 minutes before they had chicken again. No ice for the pop and like 5 people standing around. Also forgot butter which we asked for… The worst part however is that 4 out of the 6 of us that ate it woke from 12 to 6 am getting sick. I’ve called a few times and no answer so far. Unbelievable

Visit to this place was disappointing. The chicken shrinks in size every year. I got held up because they didn’t listen to my order correctly. A blonde manager came over to help the cashier so I said no wings please. She said sure. When I got home what was the first thing I saw? Wings in my chicken!

I ordered 2 of the the adult nuggets Mill in order to get the two kids nugget meals, so when I got my two drinks I asked for container to put them in & I was holding on the drinks and she tried to hand me the tray to put it in which I was holding two cups making it impossible for me to grab ahold of the cup holder to put them in somehow I managed to get the cup holder & had a difficult time getting them in the container and she started to hear me to straws while I was trying to do that and she was getting impatient with me trying to put them in the container that I couldn’t even hold she kept forcing me to say hurry up and take them straws so I sad everything loosely on my lap go to spilled them on myself! And took the straws,But our meals that I took home we’re fine.

As the optimist I try to be, I have been here 3 times in the last 2 months. The fries are warmed up, never new, chewy with ZERO crunch like they’re from yesterday. What’s worse than reheated, chewy fries? Reheated, chewy, TASTELESS fries. If you’re going to serve day old fries, at least make them TASTE edible. Sauce is forgotten, orders wrong, nuggets reheated but still cold in places. How do you have partially cold nuggets?! They’re nuggets! Easy to reheat because they’re small! Don’t go here! They’re going to get someone sick! Even though I live less than a mile away, I’ll drive to get kfc somewhere else…

This happened December 2021There was a guy working at the window his name was preston or Paul something with a P and he was SO RUDE don’t go to this place the food comes cold and soggy and they forget half ur food!!!! I will not be taking my children back here and never going through the drive thru… I haven’t been to this kfc since and will not be returning even if it’s the last food on this earth!!

If I could give a zero I would. It has been awhile since we have purchased from KFC due to not having a good experience and once again they have disappointed. Purchased a 16 pc 1/2 original and 1/2 crispy meal, 3 crispy strips and sm. coleslaw. Got home to find that they did not put the strips in the bag, the fries were old and the mac & cheese was old and dried out. Called and was told I could come back and they would fix it. Drove approximately 15 mins. to get my order corrected and instead of getting a large mac & cheese and fries they gave me individual so I had to go back in. Drove home and went to give the strips to my son and they were terrible. It’s no wonder the parking lot and drive thru were completely empty while I was there. Definitely will not return. Colonel Sanders would be really disappointed! Attached are the strips I received. Would also like to suggest that after just now reading past reviews and standard responses to a select few, that maybe instead of responding on here someone should go in to the restaurant and observe and correct the problem!
