Food was a bit slow to come out but it was good. Some of the food was piping hot while other parts of the order were lukewarm. The dining area was nice, pretty clean and they have lots of drinks to choose from.

Customer was completely incidental to the conversation they were having.when the young girl found the time to come up to the counter she stood there staring at me saying nothing, not a “welcome to Arby’s can I take your order” nothing. Until i asked are you ready to take my order? Then screwed up my order because she couldn’t be bothered to pay attention! I highly recommend going somewhere else

Had to have the app for the original five for $5. App is VERY USER UNFRIENDLY! Left with nothing at all. Empty stomach the entire ride back to Oil City. Completely disappointed bc I had the coupons in my house for the same thing.

I greatly prefer Arby’s if I must eat fast food. So I hit the drve through on my way east. Wow, was it slow. I was the only car when I got there and order a roast beef (plain) with fries. I waited, and I waited. Nearly 10 minutes to get a regular roast beef and fries. I wasted my time and money. Seriously, some of the least appealing Arby’s that I’ve ever had. I’ll try real hard not to stop at this location again.

Service was great, love the smiling faces. Atmosphere was nice too, quaint. Prices are a bit higher than most fast food reataurants but it’s all good because the food is slamming! Also, they were a little busy when we arrived but they got us our food in 3 mins or less, I’m impressed
