I had a horrible experience with Chick-fil-A. It wasn’t too crowded and has never taken that long for frosted coffee. Then once I got it it ran down the side of the cup and dripped all on me. I know things happen but since the new update, I was expecting excellent service.

The Nail Palace 101
Went through the drive thru to get a bag of ice and they couldn’t take cash. No worries so I went inside. Ordered the ice paid for it and was waiting. After I paid for it like 3 different people questioned what I was waiting on. Like 8 min later a lady fixes the ice then questions did I pay for it when I clearly said I did when she asked what I was waiting on. But waiting almost 10 min for me to get ice is ridiculous.

Drive-thru was slow and felt disorganized; I watched most of the line get their food before the car at the front got theirs, which ended up causing a substantial traffic jam. Everyone was also politely asked to inch as close as possible to the car in front of them to mitigate the amount of traffic backing up onto the street, which prevented me from making my escape when I inevitably got my food before the car in front of me got theirs. Ordinarily this wouldn’t be a big deal, but I’ve come to expect better from Chick-fil-A, as they’ve generally led the way in making their consistently-clogged drive-thrus operate as efficiently as possible.
