Do not get the new fish meal. Over $9 for 3 half fish sticks and about 20 fries! And to top it off, it was cold. Asked the “manager” if this was the correct meal for the price and was told it was. Will not make this mistake again.

Arrive with order in hand only to find they are out of product again! AGAIN… this is the 4th time in last 6 months… unacceptable! Get your act together and increase your build to count. Whom ever orders inventory is severely undertrained.

This was the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The staff was really rude especially the guy that gave me my food he threw the sauce at me after asking for more sauce. My experience was not great and I will never return to this location ever..

Tried it twice, very disappointed both times. Small order of fries was microscopic, they’ve re-sized their items, should do a movie tie-in with Ant-Man size portions. Got a regular fry the second time, small box and not 2/3 full. Should rename it Barely’s.

Ordered our food and wanted the lemonade with no ice (because of sensitive teeth) and they said that they cannot do that but they could put lite ice due to corporate rules not sure the real reason behind this the food was good just a fyi on drink issue

I normally don’t go to Arby’s but I was pumping gas at the Shell and stopped here for a bite. I decided to try the limited time wagyu steak burger with curly fries and mozzarella sticks. I was beyond impressed with the quickness and politeness of the staff and quality of food! These burgers were so good that I have gone back 3 times in 2 weeks to get them, mind you I normally eat out once a month. The burgers were cooked to perfection, the quality of tomato and onion were fresh and ripe. The sauces blended in with the juicy meat and it all came together wonderfully on the lightly toasted brioche bun. The mozzarella sticks were fried up nice and crispy hot along with the delicious crunchy hot curly fries. I was raving about my burger so much that my husband had to try it for himself. We’re going again tonight for another meal there. Thank you Arby’s for doing a great job on this burger!

This is an entree salad that cost my husband almost $10 this is sad and the worst of all it had maybe 1/2 of a chicken strip that’s it. I know things are not so good right now for restaurants but this isn’t helping your business at all and I never write reviews but seriously if they can’t get it right DONT SERVE IT never returning to this one

We stopped at this Arby’s on the way home and although I’ve have several experiences with different Arby’s, this one has to rate one of the worst. My wife and I both got a beef and cheddar sandwich, one large fries. There was barely and cheddar on it and our large fries leaked out of the bottom of the container they came in. 1 of the sandwiches had barbecue or some dark sauce all over one side of the outside wrapper. I guess I have to be thankful that extra hair didn’t get in with our meal because the kid up from had hair everywhere sticking out of his cap. We were not looking for a perfect place and meal but we deserved way better than this. My wife had never had a beef and cheddar, so the first impression is now blown and I doubt she will ever want to go get one again. On the positive note, we didn’t die after we ate the food, so they must have some standards to hold.
