I am new to the area and drive by this place frequently. I’m telling you, what a gem!! I just had one of the best chili rellenos I’ve ever eaten. Came with rice, refrieds, and homemade tortillas! I’m so happy!! Will be back.

i came with 2 friends and ordered a carnitas taco platter and was very disappointed, they did not give any of us onion or peppers on the side and gave us 2 small red sauces and a small green sauce to share between the three taco platters. we also did not get any limes. my carnitas were mostly fat and bone, when i was done picking out the fat and bone i had basically not meat left.

If you want authentic tacos, this is the place! I eat here often and the food is always amazing! I suggest the chorizo tacos, well done. Also, I cannot explain just how nice the lady in the taco truck is! I refer to her as mama Rosa but she is the sweetest lady ever! I will be a lifetime customer!

Been living in the Newport area close to 10 years and all the times I’ve passed by this place, today was the day that I actually stopped and got lunch. Walking in, it is a quaint but very clean little restaurant. The staff were super nice and quick to serve me. I had my less than 2 year old with me as well and they had a kids menu and a high chair. I ate the taco platter which came with 2 steak and 2 chicken with a side of rice and beans. It was very good especially if you added their hot sauce to it. Honestly, it was a great atmosphere with delicious food and it’s great to bring kids along. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

This was some of the worst food my family and I have had since moving to Delaware. We all got sick after eating there. We all ordered horchata and what we got tasted like plain milk with a hint of cinnamon. We had to ask for sugar packets to try and make it taste better. It was every expensive. The food wasn’t good. We ordered 3 burritos and they didn’t even have much eat in them. They were filled with lettuce more than anything. I got tacos and was served rice and beans in small salsa cups. I honestly are those in lest then 2 bites

I’ve seen this taco truck a few times, never stopped in. So I finally decided to give it a try yesterday. Honestly, the food is just okay. However, the real issue for me was the customer service. The woman who took my order was LESS than enthused. Maybe it was a language barrier? I don’t know but her vibe was more like “annoyed”… “ hurry up and order”, with it being my first time AND the menu being written in Spanish, it took me a second to make my choice. The portion size was very small for a taco platter…$15 is kinda steep. For that much I’d expect a complimentary bag of chips and salsa, not one scoop of rice and literally a spoon full of beans and 4 mini tacos with like 3 chunks of chicken inside. I ordered two platters for myself and my husband our bill was $30 plus $5 tip…..unbelievable. I will not be back.
