We drove through town and stopped here for lunch. The idea of the restaurant is creative and spot on. The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful in making selections. The brisket and pulled pork were super yummy.

Delicious food! We tried the club, taco salad, kids quesadilla, Mac and cheese, and my favorite The Indecisive Smokin’ Boxcar. It’s basically a much tastier version of a garbage plate you’d get in Rochester, NY. Everything was fantastic and came out very fast. I ended the meal with a wagon wheel. $3 for that tasty of a desert is an absolute steal. Vanilla ice cream on top of a Utah scone (fry bread) with delicious drizzles. Definitely worth the stop!

My wife and I stopped at the Smokin Boxcar in Morgan, UT, to try their smoked BBQ. We ordered our food to go, but we really liked the way they set up the restaurant! We ordered a four (4) meat platter, ribs, burnt ends, and chicken, and pull pork, which came with three (3) sides, cole slaw, smoked Mac N cheese, and smoked potatoes.

Went up to Morgan for the car show and stopped by this place for some coffee and breakfast. Was really surprised how good the omelette was, definitely top tier, especially for the price. Super clean and nice vibe. Jack, the owner happened to be here so we had a nice visit with him. Our waitress was awesome. Overall really great location and will be coming back anytime I’m in town. Cheers!

If you like the small town feel, this is a great place for some good bbq, sandwiches, and dessert. The owners are so friendly and attentive.

Had the French toast breakfast combo. Waitress was so sweet and running around like crazy taking care of everyone. For being an older gal she’s definitely getting her steps in. Leaving a 4 star because of the owners being rude to the waitress and making her cry from the bad review I read.

Great local BBQ joint. Fried pickles were some of the best we’ve had. Brisket is really good, but smaller portions than expected. It had a good smoke flavor and was juicy and tender. The service was fantastic. Jack (owner and cook) has done well with the remodel on the soft open of the restaurant. Come check it out.

Sally was amazing and made us feel right at home, we came in from out of town looking for an old school diner and we found a hidden gem. The food was amazing and big portions for a great price, perfect for our munchies. I felt like I was in a movie in an old diner and Sally made sure to make a personal connection with everyone. Thank you guys so much!!
