Food was cold, not fresh. Missing sauces and did not get my husband’s order right. The main issue is that I think the manager lacks critical thinking skills. She went out of her way to come on the intercom (she was not the person taking our order) and tell my husband that he could not get half Buffalo garlic blaze and half plain tenders. She emphasized that he could only choose one sauce…he did choose one sauce he just wanted three of his tenders plain. Not really sure why this was not able to be done, even if it can’t be rung up in the computer, it seems easy enough to just tell the kitchen not to put sauce on half of his tenders. People like this who go out of their way not to accommodate basic requests are the reason we won’t be back.

My family loves going to Zaxby’s! The food is great, reasonably priced, and you receive perfect portions. We actually dined in with 4 generations on Friday night. Although the youngest was too young to eat, we will certainly return as a 4 generation family again when she is older!

Phenomenal Goddess Supreme
I love this place. I’m new in Shreveport and was ecstatic to see this restaurant here. I always compare it to Canes but they are a lot different. The food was good, the service was great and I am definitely going back. The only reason I gave the food 3 stars and not 5 was that the chicken fingers were cooked a little too hard or a little too long. They were smaller than I had experienced Zaxby’s before in other cities so I may have gotten “the last of a batch”? Otherwise, that sauce is definitely a life savior lol and that toast will make you slap your mama.. no seriously. Lol Hopefully next time I get some better chicken fingers in my box.
