I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt the need to vocalize how absolutely distasteful the customer service was at this location. The woman working the window today was was acting as if we were asking for the so much but all we wanted was some dipping sauce for our food. We even paid for it but still she didn’t give us what we paid for. She was rude and disrespectful to us when we were nothing but patient and kind. If you enjoy a healthy dose of attitude with your food then this is definitely the place for you.

I placed an order online for pick up. The app does not give you an option for white meat. When I pulled up to the window I told Shaunte that I had a mobile order and she told me to come inside and get it. I told her that I could not come in because I had my kids in the car. She insisted I come in because it was not ready. I told her I would drive around. She said well she has customers! What am I? I drove around waiting in line again. I asked Shaunte when I got to the window & before she gave me the food I told her that I wanted white meat please. She gave me dark anyways. When I asked for it to be changed she stated I would have to come in because it was too difficult. I go inside and give the cashier my order and ask for white again. Waiting 10 more mins only to receive dark meat again. I asked again for white meat. Then Shaunte says rudely I should have waited on her. I don’t understand the difficulty. All that the chicken was burnt and dry

I ordered a 10 dollar bucket ( online), when I received my order it was supposed to be 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs, and 2 legs. They gave me 1 wing, 2 thighs, and 5 legs. I went back and they said that’s all they had. This happened at 7pm, they CLOSE at 10 or 11 pm ……

The only reason you got above a 1 star is because if the young lady at the drive thru window. It should not take 17 minutes to make a chicken sandwich and a pot pie. Or arrival to order at the Drive thru was 12:12. We drive away at 12:35 my wife was late back to work. From our seat there seemed to be alot of chaos in your kitchen.

Went to the drive thru at this location..The young lady was extremely Pleasant and had great attitude for 7:00 dinner rush thru her fast food window.. But none of that is worth it if you can’t get the job done.. order a 4 piece tender meal with one side and a drink . Mash potatoes was my side .. first there are only 3 tenders in my box. WHAT 11.58 for tenders and there is one missing..Ahhhhhhh..OK now on to the potatoes no cutlery (fork or spoon nothing..) and no napkins

Best fast food option in the area. It took an extra minute or two for my order to be taken but Shaynay let me know it would be a moment and then apologized for the wait before she took my order, she wasn’t impatient nor did she seem uninterested! Then Londell made sure I got my extra fries cus I almost pulled off without them. It might not seem like much, but customer service is lacking in Charlotte! But not at Wendover KFC period! Thank you, and my food was hot!

Been here since 10:28 pm and I haven’t been addressed yet! And it’s 11:45 pm . I’ve called in the store twice with no answer finally on the 3rd attempt I got someone. All just to tell me they are closed even though they close at 11pm . Then states they are out of chicken…. At what point was anyone going to ever tell us in the drive through that? She responded with the cashier must have took her headset off. Very unprofessional location && certainly misleading to say the least.
