Amazed with the high quality fresh beef, fresh buns and fresh onions. Truly fantastic quality. The onions are great onions, and the ground beef is possibly the freshest I’ve ever had, no lie, but my burger was made poorly. The bottom bun was soggy… You’d think the onion would be under the patty. Is mashing the burger flat a regular practice? It looks run over. Jasmine was the only one with a mask. I saw no one with gloves. Really tired of the anti-vax, anti-mask atmosphere. Would give 4 stars if it wasn’t a health risk. Don’t know who thought proverbs on the bag was a good idea but that didn’t work for forever twenty one. A little research would show just how cynical people can be about it. Personally, I don’t want to invest in the ideology.

Super cute cookout, however it took ages to get our food even though they weren’t busy. The food was good, the waiting/ordering room was quite warm. It seemed like there wasn’t any air conditioning in there.

I ordered 2 chili cheeseburgers with fries and onion rings for $18.02. I got exactly 2 onion rings per plate and about 7 french fries on one plate. The burgers barely had any chili or condiments on it. I felt like I got a very small portion for the money. I would not recommend Cook Out if you’re hungry.

The guy working the drive through Luke seems like he has no clue what is going on. Ordered trays that come with a side was never given ours even though we were charged for them. When I went in the manager said they didn’t hear me say what side and just assumed we didn’t want any. She was extremely rude and when gave me my fries slamed the window in my face.
