I really enjoyed my dinner at LJS. The food was hot and fresh as usual. They cooked the food while I was there and it didn’t take too long to get my order. The restaurant is fairly new, so everything looks great. The bathroom was clean-loved to see that!

Everything we had tasted the same like it’s all dipped in the same batter and fried in the same grease. It was all nice and crispy though. Be careful while walking in the restaurant. I was wearing a pair of Brooks shoes and felt like I was walking on ice. Possibly just an issue with my shoes because they are new. Service was friendly and pretty fast.

I have been waiting SO LONG for LJS to come back to Fredericksburg! Have been excited ever since the location was announced YEARS ago. Finally went to pick up dinner and it was as delicious I remembered. Staff was very friendly, food was fresh, hot, & crispy. Menu has also expanded. Batter was a bit salty, but not unbearable. Reheated well in the oven. Meal pictured is the 8ct family meal (we got half chicken half fish) and comes with 2 sides and hush puppies. We just got the fries, which were yummy. So glad to have it back, hope they do well at the new location, will definitely be back!

The young man that was working the window was great. The food was ok. I just remember the fish use to be thicker, fries were not crispy. And the coleslaw tasted old. But the clams were good. Just wish I could get a clam meal.

don’t go here. I WAS so excited for them to come to FXBG. but both times I’ve had it, the batter tastes like licorice… the food is old tasting and it’s breaded to DEATH! Only reason why they got 1 star is bc the fries are edible.. & I can’t give them 0. Not Fuego approved

Food was acceptable, but nothing special. Prices are excessively high! It cost over $38 to feed two adults at this fast food restaurant. It amazed me that a fish and shrimp meal for $15 didn’t include a drink. Definitely not a good value!

Ordered a grilled southwest shrimp bowl with sweet chili flavor…. Needless to say when I received my item.. all i received was rice with some shrimp on top. Nothing what was in the description. Def not worth the 13.49(excluding tax) that I had paid for. Was told that only the Baja flavor included what was in the description. Complete waste of money.
