This Starbucks is inside the Safeway Store. Easy in and out. The staff is always friendly. You can get food here, too. There is a fireplace in the seating area. It has chairs at the bar seating, looking out the window. They have the same bagged coffee and the cups, tumblers as the other Starbucks have. You can also buy gift cards here. They also have outside seating with big umbrellas for shade/rain should you need it

This location is amazing, friendly staff, the coffee is great too. The location at Safeway not so much i purchased a cup they promoted for the month of January i paid $65. For a cup that i got promised free refills of what i wanted from drip, iced, cold brew or teas with no upcharge. I went back two days later i got told no you can drip coffee if you want extra flavor its an .80 cent charge. Well thank you for your false advertising. This particular Starbucks location has quickly become one of my favorite places. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go in (before work, for a quick pick me up during the day, or after work) the staff is friendly, courteous, and will go out of their way to help you. I am always met with warm welcomes when I walk in, and would choose this location over any other location in Pullman, any day of the week!

Usually this location is great – I drove here in a rush tonight at 630 to catch them before they close & on my way out of town …and they closed a half hour early from what it says online! Either they need to fix their listing or let the public know they’d be closing early. Waste of time & gas 🙁

Very clean dinning floor. The employees are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Both ordering speed and serve speed are fast. Credit cards accepted. Walmart, Safeway, many shopping options and couple dinning options are nearby. Free parking lot available. Short driving distance to Washington State University.

I really enjoy the Safeway location during the winter. The gas fireplace is warm and inviting, there are ample power outlets and the staff are friendly. WIFI is a bit on the slow side, but gets the job done for light bandwidth demands.

It’s inside of a Safeway, so that does effect the review a bit. In spite of the grocery store part, it manages to be almost cozy. There’s a nice, enclosed fireplace that lends a pleasant tone to what would otherwise be a typical grocery store Starbucks.
