This Chipotle needs to close. This sign has been up for at least a month and a half stating all the things they don’t have. The first pic was taken on August 7th and the other is from today and I’ve seen it prior to that. How is this acceptable?

I live on this block, and go to the gym upstairs. I have tried to support many times, but this Chipotle sucks! From the service, to the never having anything! How Chipotle only have plain chicken? No other protein options, no beans, no nothing! Then they have the nerve to say cheese is extra, when they have absolutely no other options! Maybe if they hired actual line cooks, and not kids it would be better. Having a background in restaurant management, this Chipotle location feels like a customer is being punk’d! It’s way too many better options on Utica, to continue to support this location. They need to close down and open an Olive Garden here.

This is a fair review and it will change with time, I am sure. Chipotle in Crown Heights opened on 4/26/2023, a welcome addition to the Utica avenue neighborhood. Unfortunately for Chipotle, customers met them with overwhelming support!

I came here after the hype died down and I’m not sure what I expected but it was a horrible experience. I went with my mother and the man preparing the chicken had no gloves on, the counter where they prepare the bowls had a bunch of toppings that no one was cleaning up AND the girl putting the toppings in the bowls had braids down to her waist which dragged all over the counter. When my mom said something to her she appeared to have an attitude. I know y’all just opened but considering we are coming out of a pandemic, I definitely expect cleanliness to be a top priority. To top it all off when my mom got about 5 minutes from our home the entire bowl fell through the bottom spilling her whole order on the sidewalk because the worker failed to properly cover one of her sides sauces in a container. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat but if I were you I’d skip this location and just head to the one near Ralph or just head downtown. DO BETTER!

The worst chipotle in the area. Had to throw my bowl out because it tasted like oregano and I know you are only suppose to add a tsp of oregano to the fajitas. The meat was super dry and salty. The kitchen manager or whatever he looked miserable, the other manger that was doing the online order as well. This explains a lot why the crew members are miserable as well having an attitude while serving. The lady at cash was questioning me why I need extra sides ????Your job is to ring me up and take my money. She also had the nerve to open up a kids meal with her long nails. Thats disgusting and contaminating my kids food. The fruit also had mold!!!!!! This is my forth time coming and it’s just getting worse. I hope this store changes all management and crew members. We as customers come to chipotle to have a good meal. Not tolerate negative attitude. We pay for our food not the managers or the crew members. You should also add on the menu any additional cost!!!!!!!! Unbelievable chipotle!!!!!!

I feel like chipotle is always a safe bet, it’s obviously never going to be as amazing as an authentic mom & pop shop but its also rarely bad. But this location is horrendous. I didnt even know it was possible for a burrito to be this dry (i selected every single sauce). Meet was dry, there was almost zero sauce. Inedible.

Worst chipotle experience ever. I love chipotle and their staff is always very friendly but here they are rude. I was waiting patiently for my pickup order and out of nowhere the guy started yelling at me. I told him I was a customer and not a driver and he still did not care and continued to treat me the same. They are lacking on customer service. The guy looked like the manager, if he is they need a complete change of staff starting with him. They had huge lines both for pickup and instore customers. I was standing there for atleast 15-20 mins for a order that was already ready. The cashier couldn’t even open the paper bag properly and they took atleast 5-10 mins helping one customer.

Went to get tacos with everything on the side and instead of using a bowl they put everything in small little cups. After another employee told staff it goes in a bowl the gentlemen still continued to put my toppings in small cups. Every other Chipotle gives three tacos and they only gave two. They need more training.
