I was seated right away. Service was quick and efficient, even though it was a quiet night I was not forgotten. The food was excellent, I ordered the Buffalo Mac and Cheese (order a side of Buffalo sauce, kinda light from the kitchen). I look forward to coming back soon.

I found Uno by chance. We ordered food for “to go” twice. The first time, we ordered deep dish 10”. I was absolutely surprised by the taste and the bread! I would never ever forget the bread taste. It was fantastic. The second time we ordered deep dish mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, with Mozzarella Sticks. All great. I highly recommend.

Average experience overall! We went for dinner on a Friday! Wasn’t too crowded but dishes did take long time to come! We ordered the farmhouse deep dish! Not great , nor bad ! It was nothing too amazing of an experience! We expected some more veggies , sadly it was just loaded with cheese, tomatoes , basil and eggplant! The burrata appetiser was pretty good!fresh burrata cheese with toast and cherry tomatoes! Overall decent one time visit experience if you love the deep dish concept !

I got a coupon to try out a large Detroit style pizza for $10. This pizza is normally $25. My first impression was how small it is. It’s about 13″x11″ and definitely is small for a large pizza. While the pizza is flavorful, it lacks anything special to distinguish itself. I think it’s an easy pass for a $25 medium-sized pizza. I can get 2 large Bertucci pizzas on Tuesday or Domino’s nearby.

Less than pleasant experience. Ordered two pizzas and a side salad with oil and vinegar. Waited for almost 40min. Asked the waitress and she rudely replied they were busy due to trivia and take out orders. Restaurant at the time has maybe 5 tables and she was not the only server. She sent the manager to our table, who also was rude and stated they were busy. Stating we weren’t waiting as long as we thought. And the deep dish pizza takes longer to cook. Food finally comes out. Pizzas are cold and the salad had no dressing. She stated they didn’t have oil and vinegar. After that she was very short with us and manager never came back to check on us. As a server myself couldn’t believe how the situation was handled. Very disappointed.

Although my order was incorrect (wrong pasta for a special order). I did notice is wrong until following day since I had order three dishes and put 2 away until the next day. The way Dan handled could not have been more proffesional and definitely appreciated. The customer service is unsurpassed. Dan offered a free dish told not necessary and assured me he would make sure orders are no argument no attitude.
