I was very pleasantly surprised here. Once you get past the cost, pizza, antipasto salad, and bread were very good. Antipasto salad was good, but nothing much more than a regular salad with some large sliced meat thrown on top. Had all the correct elements but lacking execution/presentation imo. If you’re anything like us, life long Elliott Bay Pizza fans, we’ll, ex fans, this place is a welcome replacement. Ever since Elliott Bay went just about all the way down hill, nice to find someplace good for the pizza fix. Above all else, the people working here were simply great. Friendly and helpful.

The food was consistent with the other Sparta locations (very yummy). The server was friendly and attentive. The place is small and feels more like a takeout place than a sit- down place. In general all the Sparta’s locations could use a face lift. The plastic table cloths, etc., give off a cheap vibe that isn’t consistent with the quality or pricing of the food.

I called and they told me that my food would be ready in 25 minutes. I had to wait 55 minutes.. this never happened to me at other Sparta’s location. When I arrived they had just started preparing the food. 🙁 I’ll still go to Sparta’s but not at this location…. If you order expect really slow service…

Great service and food. Take out tonight. Pizza has gotten very expensive but good. Salad was a disappointment compared to when I have had it inside. Take out was small and NO cheese which is the best part of their dinner salad. Small Sparta pizza and house salad.
