Ordered 12 piece meal and the employee, instead of just telling me they were low on chicken, told me I wanted an 8 piece. After going back and forth I went with the 8 piece meal. The meal was ok but the service needs a little work.

Went there to grab some dinner, we are in the process of moving, we decided to grab the 16pc dinner paid $46.99 for this meal only to get home and discovered we didn’t get what we paid for missing 2 sides. I’m a little upset cause after paying almost 50.00 for a meal you shouldn’t have to go back and get the rest of your food.

My husband went to grab dinner after a long day at work and the first breast we take out is black and pink and looks rotten. He called to inform the manager and the manager hung up on him. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this KFC and sadly there are no other chicken places in Mansfield to go.

So we order 8 pc..4 breast/2 wings/2 drumsticks. We get (at home of course 18 miles round trip) 3 breast./2 thighs/2 drumsticks. They can’t even count to 8!! Alway,Always, Always check BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!!!!!

They could really use some extra staff on weekends at dinner time. Every time the drive thru is wrapped around the building, unhappy people waiting in the lobby 20+ minutes longer than the app pre-order estimated, and the available staff seem to be really hustling to keep up with orders but it’s going out as fast as they can make it so it doesn’t seem to be their fault. Had a long wait on mashed potatos so offered us fries instead. The food I’ve gotten was good and hot though when it was ready. The ordering app will say about 5 minutes until carry out is ready but expect more like 15 minutes minimum.
