Fletcher’s Finds 4 U Fletcher
Awesome food! I’ve never had a med/rare steak. But the waitress said the chef will only cook the porterhouse rare or med/rare so that the flavor and quality of the steak stays good. It was amazing. I rated the atmosphere a 3 because they have a stage and lighting and a saloon/bar but the stage is used for storage at the moment. Not sure why. I would have enjoyed some live music on a Saturday night. Still give it 5 stars though on everything else!!

We lucked into eating dinner at this gem while we were on a cross country trip. I don’t know if he was the chef/owner/both, but the man who came out and talked with us was so friendly & got my kids chatting. We showed up pretty late too… but they didn’t make us feel bad at all. We all enjoyed steak, salad, & yummy mashed potatoes!

Loved finding this little gem. Service was impeccable. We never wanted for anything yet the staff let us enjoy our food. Hubby and I got hamburger steak top of mashed “patatoes” and it was huge! Should’ve shared. Our son got the country fried chicken. Best chicken I’ve ever had.

The steak was cooked to perfection. But the edges were charred so bad that there was a ring around my steak that was burnt. But once you got to the middle of the steak it was perfect. Overall I’m happy with my meal just wasn’t perfect.

We found this place on our road trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado. We try and avoid chain restaurants when visiting new towns. We were hungry for a good steak dinner and everyone we asked in town recommended Michael’s. We were not disappointed at all. The food was fantastic. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. We had an onion ring appetizer and they were out of this world. The steaks are aged and trimmed in house and were cooked to perfection. I saw chicken fried steak and could not pass. I have never had a more flavorful one that I could just cut with my fork. Everything was top notch and can’t wait to visit again. You won’t be disappointed.

5 stars overall. Clean, friendly, prompt service. Salad was good, shrimp was decent, steak was fantastic! Exactly how I ordered it (rare). The baked sweet potato…..drenched in sugar and marshmallows… if you aren’t expecting that it is not pleasant. Bit of a downer really. Whomever the wordsmith is responsible for crafted the menu deserves some extra praise. Comedy goldmine.

What a great place!!!! Easy to get to, and good parking. Nice atmosphere and welcoming staff!! Ordered the Sirloin and the Hamburger Steak. Both were amazing. Steak was cooked perfect and the seasoning was really good. Had the baked sweet potato as a side and it was wonderful. Hamburger Steak was tasty and the onion rings topped it off great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Hope we make it back soon.
