Treaty Oak Whiskey
Ghost Hill Texas Bourbon 750mL
Named after our 28-acre ranch home in Dripping Springs, Texas, Ghost Hill Bourbon is a unique whiskey made with local heirloom grains from Barton Springs Mill. A genuine grain to glass bourbon, it is mashed, fermented, distilled, barreled, aged 2 years and bottled on-site at our Treaty Oak Distillery. Ghost Hill is a bourbon born of years of purposeful experimentation.
$48.00
The Day Drinker Texas Bourbon 750mL
With an inviting aroma of vanilla sugar cookies and maple syrup, The Day Drinker’s silky texture carries notes of kettle corn, wheat, mild nutmeg and cinnamon. Where most whiskeys boast rich wood sugars and complex flavors brought on by the charred barrel, this bourbon features Texas corn and wheat that make this juice special.
$30.00
Treaty Oak Whiskey Myers Red Handed Bourbon
Whiskey Myers and Treaty Oak Distilling have always shared two primary lenses they each view the world through: collaboration and experimentation. Red Handed Bourbon brings the two groups squarely together in producing a Kentucky Bourbon with a high-rye mash bill. Just like the gritty authenticity of the Southern rock Whiskey Myers is known for, this bourbon is the real damn deal.
$40.00
Waterloo Gin
Waterloo No.9 Gin
The flagship gin in our line had to embody the spirit of Waterloo; it had to taste like here. While paying homage to traditional dry gins, Waterloo No.9 Gin is crafted in the New American style, distilled with lavender, grapefruit, and pecan for a true taste of place. We vapor-infuse the 9 botanicals during the distillation process to extract the truest essence of each flavor. We then proof down with limestone-filtered spring water and bottle it at 94 proof.
$28.00
Waterloo Old Yaupon Gin
Our take on an Old Tom, Waterloo Old Yaupon Gin brings together yaupon holly and makrut lime, along with anise and orris root. We backsweeten each batch with a touch of Texas wildflower honey for a taste unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.
$30.00
Waterloo Antique Gin
What would happen if we aged our gin like bourbon? Waterloo Antique Gin spends 2 years in first-use medium char American oak barrels to develop rich wood flavors that compliment the botanical backbone of our distinctive gin. This dark spirit crossover tastes familiar yet completely new.
$35.00

Next to the restaurant was Treaty Oaks indoor bar that made some fabulous cocktails and a few sample flights of their libations. It’s absolutely one of the best bourbons I’ve had from Texas. We enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks being served. The best part since we started our visit in the bar and then went next door to the restaurant is that tabs can carry over to each cashier so no need to be opening & closing tabs along the tour. Alice’s menu has items that are so good that you won’t need a to-go container. Each dish sounded so good it was hard to make a decision. I know we will be back to try out many more items and look forward to more bourbon samples. Being that most of the area is outdoors I would prepare yourself for whatever the weather is like when you plan to visit. The outdoor band on the old delivery truck is also a very cool touch.

This was a nice find. We stopped by because me and my family were in the area for the day. We didn’t have drinks and only ordered food. I had the brisket sandwich with chips. The sandwich was good but the chips were… different with a taste I can’t place. The mac and cheese was on the dry side for my taste but the queso was amazing. I tasted my husband’s potato salad and it tasted like regular cooked potatoes slathered in mayo. It was not to my liking at all. Our waitress Morgan was wonderful and took very good care of us. There is outside seating but it’s too hot to sit if you ask me. The inside was nice but very loud. Over all it was a decent place to eat.

On a recent afternoon, while visiting the Treaty Oak complex, we decided to give Alice’s restaurant a try, very convenient because it’s located at Treaty Oak Distillery. Maddie was our waitress, great service, attentive but not intrusive. We ordered a couple of gin and tonics, one with Yaupon one with No. 9, both were very good! We ordered the wedge salad with chicken and the ribs with green beans on the side. Amazing food! The salad was HUGE, generous portion of chicken, served ice-cold, wonderful ranch dressing on the side. The ribs were fall off the bone, expertly smoked, and outstanding flavor, obviously quality meat. The side of green beans was surreal, fried beans, excellent seasoning, we’d go back just for the green beans! LOL On a side note, the house BBQ sauce is phenomenal! Decent prices too! A very great experience at an awesome place.

Awesome time here in the late afternoon hours. We had two waitresses, the second was awesome, answered questions and made recommendations. Sorry to not have gotten her name.

The place is supe big and has a very chill vibe! The food was awesome!! We ordered the tinga tacos and the brisket tacos. The sauce on the tinga tacos was on the spicy side, but the bbq sauce on the brisket tacos was one of the best bbq sauces I’ve tasted! We actually ended up buying a bottle of it in the gift shop!

Restaurant is clean and welcoming. the staff is amazing. Drinks are good and so is the food. Our favorite brisket in the area of Dripping springs so far. We don’t like the pulled pork here because it is on the sweet side but for those who like it that way, they will be up for a treat. it is very juicy and tender. Enjoy!

My brother flew in from Canada and this was our first evening together at Alice’s. I was reluctant. I wanted Gummies, but they were closed. So I thought Alice’s was a good option. Well, mind blown. The pickled vegetables, shishito peppers, a sample of ribs, brisket, turkey, potato salad and coleslaw. You guys were wonderful. Cecilia(sic?) was wonderful. This will be a memorable moment for my brother and I. Thank you.

This place was highly recommended and We came as a group on a company trip, on a Friday for lunch. 13 in total. I ordered brisket nachos as my meal and they came out as an appetizer and were cold. I am sure they would have been amazing if they had come out hot. Service was sub-par. They server only checked on us one time and it was when the food came out……The atmosphere is great. The drink are really good except you can only get them in the tasting rooms.

Great place to grab a drink and some food in the hill country! Drinks are awesome and at a good price. Food is pretty good too. Best part is the ambiance though, super chill and scenic with the beautiful trees and lights. Be sure to catch the live music on Friday nights. Cecilia, our server, was super friendly too! Definitely recommend.
